Is it marijuana or not ?

Hey.
i just found on neighbors area a plant that grow throu the fence.
i cut some and brought home.
Now i am thinking is it marijuana or not.
It smeels litlle bit differently then ones i bought from dealer to smoke.
But i thinking that is just aint ready or different tipe or marijuana.
I am suspecing that is it Ruderalis.
I cant really find any buds on it.
Any sudgestions about it ? and what should i do?

hemp is a non drug variety of cannabis. it tends to have hermaphrodite characteristics. meaning it has both male and female flowers on the same plant. its great for making things such as paper rope and fabric. or it could be a drug variety known as marijuana that is simply a hermaphrodite and wont yeld much of any buds. lots of seeds though. if it is a ruderailus (sp?) it has been grown traditionally for livestock feed.

as far as what you should do? NOTHING sounds good to me. it belongs to your neighbor. if you are worried about getting in trouble for it, then leave it alone and act like you didn't even know it was there

And will femenized seeds will produce more seeds on the plant to grow later on?

if you really want to know then lightly wrap the plant material in a paper towel, nuke at fule power for 30 seconds at a time until dry. keep a glass of water in their with it and give it a rest for 30 seconds between nuking sessions. or just let it air dray for a couple of days

if its ok if i put them in a table and cover it with plastic bag think that i could see thru it like ones from super market.
I do so just because it could be fly away because of the wind.
