We have the same size room. I have 1000w over a main bed and a 400w over some potted plants and a 250w over a 3x3 scrog all on the same 12/12 schedule. I veg in another room with the same lights on a 2 section 5 foot wide 2 feet deep shelf system. The baker's rack looking shelf from Lowes and Wal-mart.

Plants look good Show.

It depends on what I am running and what light they are under. I veg 2 months on the scrop under the 250w.

I veg about 1 month in the 3 gallon pots under the 400w and qbout 2 weeks under the 1000w.

I started off with a 250w. Then when I knew I could grow I went to a 400w thinging that is all I need. But we all find out that if we have room get a 1000w.

I just kept using them all to maximize the crop. Never get rid of equipment.

I have super cheap electric like 8-10 cents a kilowatt. A 1000w on evry day 12/12 costs about $20 a month. My lights in this room with the fan and 10,000 btu a/c runs around $35 in the summer and $30 in the winter.

My numbers were off. That was for my 400w and 250 w when I ran them together. I never look anymore because it is cheap for what I get out of it.

10 cents a kw hour.

1000w on 12 hrs days is 12,000 kw hours a day.

12,000 kw hours for 30 days is 360,000 is $36.

400w and 250w are 650w. 12 hrs a day is 7800 x 30 days is 234,000 kw hrs a month

234,000 kwh at 10 cents a kw is $23.40

I pay $59.40 a month for lights.

Tonight teas we will be getting brewed up, first time, not sure if my pump is strong enough so I will be doing 2 1/2 gallon an halfing the recipe due that its made for a 5gallon water recipe.

Flowering nute tea mix:
2/3 cup Peruvian Seabird Guano
2/3 cup Earth Worm Castings
2/3 cup High P Guano (Indonesian or Jamaican)
5 tbs. Maxicrop 1-0-4 powdered kelp extract
5 tbs. Black Strap Molasses
@ 2 cups/5 gallons of water EVERY watering.
You can use queen size knee high nylon stockings for tea bags. 3 pair for a dollar at the dollar store. Tell 'em you use them for paint strainers. Put the recommended tea in the stocking, tie a loop knot in it and hang it in your tea bucket. The tea should look like a mud puddle. Agitate the bag in the water vigorously. An aquarium pump and air stone will dissolve oxygen into the solution and keep the good bacteria (microherd) alive and thriving. Let it bubble a day or two before you use it. If you find you are making too much tea and having to throw it out, use 2 1/2 gallons of water and cut the nute amount by half.

I'll be adding a tablespoon of each my lil kick to the recipe

that rootshot in the Rockwool of the Mango is nuts!...

Nice TEA recipe by the way. Covers all the bases. Seaweed for the micros and food supp for the fungi, molasses for the carbs, guanos for more bacteria and NPK, and the living worm poop is the base! looks great TheShow!
