The first set you posted looks great! I fully understand your anxieties about using something like silk road. To increase your stealth you could use a PO box. My work takes me all over the country and if im away for a few weeks and cant get anything ill normally use the "darknet". In life you have to take chances sometimes find a friend that hasn't been raided and get it sent to their house perhaps. If you're not receiving suspicious packages all the time it should be ok
