If someone can please tell mke what do they think about this strange plant - it looks like a big cannabis plant but, then again maybe not?

Def looks like cannabis. Many plants look like weed, but none I have come across actually have the serrated leaves.

well it was a cannabis plant...then it got dug up now its a dead cannabis plant

some sativa clones can show mono-leaves like yours

This sativa is everywhere in our country.
Tall, few flowered, less than 3/1000 of THC, acrid taste.
Only use it seems to have become the rope and textiles.
But if you just let it fall in love with a indica specific, there is a certain risk, will give birth to a strong baby~ ~ ~.
