This bill looks pretty dam scarey ... It looks to have a high likely hood of passing. So I urge you to engage and tell them the parts you don't like instead of just saying NO SB1262 so it has a chance of being watered down.

Collect. Now there's a pharmacist supervisor in riverside co. calling on em to get something written that'll allow pharmacies to take over.

What were the LEO tryna do w this bill?

A few things from the bill were like:
up to 8k for a license to be commercial which ment if you sold or even donated any part of the plant.
Certain drug felonies exclude you from getting a license. When you apply for said license you would need too give everyone's name birth date and SS# that lives at the residence with the grow. You need to give GPS coordinates of the grow.
You would need a license to be a driver with a vehicle equipped with a locked box that is part of the vehicle to carry cannabis. You would have to weigh and document the shipment before and after I believe while on camera.

And tons of other things, they also create more new crimes then you would imagine. Like if you lie on the application you would be fined and jailed.

So hopefully next time around this bill goes nowhere.
