I have some issues with my clone and teen area.
Light is shinning out the window and through out the house.
It is only Floro's but light none the less.

I need something that is less than 3 feet wide and no longer than 8 feet!
It can be shorter.

I was looking at the 2x4 size.

I just do not know the first thing about tents!
Any information is better than just searching the web, so if anyone has something to add i would be grateful!!

Have you ever made a purchase and said why the hell did I buy this stupid thing?...I have....no fun.

So if you can help a brother out!

I would've said the Secret Jardin too, but I recently got a DR120 v2 and was disappointed with how many threads were coming undone and how much light shined through the zipper. The quality is much worse than my DR90 from years ago and needs a lot of patching.

Maybe it was a bad one, but it did also came missing part which was later replaced by the retail store. But still - not what you want on a tight grow timeline.

Just my 2 cents.

What about Gorilla?
Is it all marketing?
Gorilla Grow Tents are the Tallest, Thickest, and Strongest grow tents ever created. Their patent pending design has revolutionized the tent industry.

Anybody have one of these?

Too good to be true?
Sure sounds good!
Any input good or bad please!
Gotta get a tent soon.

Thank you:tiphat:

Or you could get Venetian blinds for the window and put plywood over the opening. No light. -granger

I hear ya granger!
I did card board, real good too,I have the second window built out and light and sound proofed, due to it being on the neighbors side.

I try my best to be ultra conscious especially around kids.
I would like to think myself as invisible.

I live in the city, my neighbor's drive is 3 feet from my head when I sleep in my room.
His house is 10 feet from there.

So I am shooting for zero tolerance.
I would never want to effect someone else's kid...no way.
The kids play in my front yard!

I own a $1500 ozone machine to be confident at all times.
I will feel better If I seal a few plants up then no light leaks what so ever!
Maybe it is just to sleep well at night..dunno....but I can't board up all the basement windows..LOL.....In the old days I spray painted the renal house windows BLACK, Not cool I know!...But to be young and without a care was cool at the time???

That Sativa has got me rambling, gonna go.

I got a brand new 4x4 sunhut that you could modify to meet your needs. A hack saw and a sewing machine and you'd be in business. You in the Mitten?

The dr series from secret Jardin does. Look at hydrohut if you want a solid frame. Had a 4x8x7 that the corners were an existing part of the frame not just a slip on corner. Had spring loaded clips and would lock into each other

I used to run the Hydro Hut Silver Edition and loved it until the stitching started unraveling after 6 months. Could have been a lemon but that's my experienvce.

Another:
having tried generic tents, and gromedics the one thing Ill say is go with metal corners. The plastic roof brackets break down after 9-12 months and become brittle and need to be replaced. Only real complaint Ive had with lower end tents.

a different user said:
I also had the hydrohut silver which also had the same all metal pole design. Thought those were crap as the the poles were not welded straight & I had a side that was bent in a little. Also seem to rust easier.Probably a QC issue

There were a lot of good reviews also

I Did not want to snitch these guys out, so I did not post their names.

Thats what it was was a hydrohut silver edition. Built like a tank. The zippers were heavy duty also. The stitching was fine on mine even after multiple tear downs and setups over the course of a couple years. the top looked similar to the picture but without the angle drop down brackets. Comes with plenty of cinch pull straps for hanging equipment also
