Problems with sprung bags - they steal your money

Last time I ordered, it took several emails for him to respond with instructions to purchace with a money order. When he did respond he was helpful and threw in a discount. That was several years ago and I loved the product.
We went to order another set over a month ago, recieved an order confirmation, and we haven't seen a trace of them in the mail.
Not only that, they aren't responding to our emails. This is some bullshit.
Looks like I'm not the only one either.

I had nothing but problems with this vendor. The bags kept shedding fibers into my hash & when I tolld the guy about it he took literally weeks to respond. The response was that sinc he's sold so many thousand of bags & has never heard of such a thing then I must be mistaken. But he did send me another set...liek three weeks after that..lol Well this replacement set was even worse, it was like he tried to find the shittiest set of bags he could and those were the ones he sent me. I emailed & offered to send all of the bags back to him as I would rather have a refind at that point but he never got back with me. So those bags still sit in the basement, unused. I went with Bubble Mans, Bubble Bags instead. But now those just sit too, due to me having purchased a Bhogart system & have moved on to the oil world

I thought the product was good, at least the one i recieved. at the time, I saw good reviews on the forums. I even remember seeing someone report using them acouple hundred times before the seams tore, and then the owner popped on the forum and sent the guy a new catch bag for the testimonial! I really saw potential in this company. what a disappointment.

I found numerous other customer service complaints spanning the last 3 years on other forums, but somehow its got a high rating on the BBB and scam adviser.

So I just received a call from Adam at sprung bags. Apparently he no longer oversees day-to-day operations at sprung bags. He says he's calling his partner and getting to the bottom this all. He seemed concerned to hear this wasn't an isolated incident. He says he'll get back to me so let's see what happens.

Hopefully this gets all sorted out. I have a set of these I bought 4 years ago & still get great results(minus the 25)with. It sucks when a small company gets "big enough" that quality & customer service go down the tubes...

I just disputed charges with my CC company. That's fucking bullshit that a company doesn't respond in over two weeks. I filled out an official dispute claim

Yes, this all bullshit. Horribly run bank account. The website needs to be taken down ASAP. This isn't cool!

Recieved notice yesterday that they gave me a full refund. Didn't end up having to dispute the charges. Now I just need to find some reasonably priced bubble bags! any suggestions?

I bought the 8bag kit from amazon for 36bucks. 175 good reviews. 4.5 stars. Some had really good thing to say about em. I'm a prime member and spend a lot of money with them. If I don't like, I'll return em. I'm gonna examine the seams. That is the only thing I see being really cheap. I don't need em really durable. I bought a little washing machine
