so only LP's located in BC can sell edibles to patients from the same province ? even tho, Owen was baker for "illegal" dispensary ? trippy times indeed...

LP's, even in BC wont be selling edibles until HC amends the MMPR to include them. I wouldn't hold my breathe... or stomach calls.

well at least this verdict sets a legal precedence in a federal court!!! that's a great start for now

When a judge says things like;
-"It's unconstitutional to forbid licensed medical marijuana users from possessing pot-laced products, such as cookies or body creams
-"the restriction to dried marijuana interfered with their physical or psychological integrity."
-"permitting dried cannabis alone was arbitrary and did little to further a legitimate state interest."

these statements set the tone for other similar cases brought to court. If a patient was to be charged I another province, the charges would most likely be stayed until Health Canada has time to "recraft regulations to allow medicinal marijuana users to use products made from cannabis extract"

Im staying hopeful that things will start to go our way soon enough

It basically means if they bust you, you will get off anywhere in Canada. Small court judges are not going up against the BC appeals court,the only two courts higher are the ontario appeals court and the Supreme court.Both will follow suit.Think about the argument as a health aspect considering the courts already gave us permission to grow/possess.......

The wedge is in... Just keep hammering at it.
