LSWM's 3k Vert Donut's @ 7000ft!

So it goes man. Stay strong and give the plants all your love. Things work out sometimes it's better to get shit done alone. Was in the same boat a few months back. Like a Phoenix reborn from the ashes. For the carbon filter, Tie it all up first on the ground. Use hooks or something to pull it up from both strings at once. Secure the ropes lime you would on a boat, wrap. Em around something. From here you can secure it in.

Picture update! Here's the tray I moved @ 5 weeks to Flower Room #1. First pics is of two different plants by themselves, in between rooms.

Here's some random shots of the room and the other two trays I just flipped a week ago. These are from day 2 or 3 of 12/12. Trainwreck on one tray, and DTB #1&2 on the other. The plants are a good 7 feet tall fromthe floor, 5 feet from tthe top of the pots. Pretty hard to get any good pics... The upskirt might look nice though, I'll try to get a few of those next time.

So out of curiosity what are your yields with this 4 plant 1 k vert grows ???

The trays in the posts above are 5 or 6 plants each. Best I've done is about 650g the last run, looking to break 1gpw this run. Everything last run started under 600s though as well.

I'll be harvesting the smaller/further along tray in a few weeks here, and I think I will break 2#s easy. Plants are twice as big as last round.

Well I picked up this piece at Big 5 yesterday. Gamo 1200 FPS .177 cal break barrel pellet air rifle. $99

And then instead of defoliating the room like I was supposed to this morning I did this...

Blackberries and peppers!

The blackberries are finally starting to get ripe. I ate one that was big and dark but it was still sourish...

Then here are my peppers. The biggest plant/pepper is a chocolate bell just starting to turn brown. Then there are two more in 5 gal coco pots, one is a better bell from a 6 pack the other is just a "sweet pepper" out if a mixed pack. Then there is some basil and Marconi peppers that I got from a buddies farm. The Marconi's I plan to bring inside once the weather gets a little colder.

Here's my better bell coco bed amended with happy frog. The plants didn't like it too much with straight tap so I have been hand watering daily with the same jacks mix that the ladies get. These things died back in may after transplant and some cold weather. They are finally taking off again.

And lastly some corn. I only had one plant that made successful male flowers, and they all flowered before the females came. Then a squirrel ate the bottom of the stalk on the one plant that had said flowers. No idea how to pollenate them now... Kinda just over them.

So my plans are taking huge changes. I'm going to flower out everything I have ASAP and leave this house in November.

I will be moving into an open family property which means decent rent, and essentially no landlord. Assuming everything goes as planned with these next runs currently and soon to come, I will be installing a large AC and renovating parts of the house. Not exactly sure on dimensions so until then I've got no discrete plans for the new build.

I'm extremely excited to be able to start over all new, and in my hometown of San Diego. I'm concerned about dealing with heat but I think I will have the funds to overcome it, then my next concern becomes extra electricity. I'm going to have to price out the cost of running in the summer.

Also, the new spot is in a sketchyish area but it has ~1/3 acre yard and I plan to setup a greenhouse of some sort for some veggies. If I have to setup barbed wire or install a new fence, I will. It already has barred windows and security doors, though most houses on the block do not, it's really not that bad of an area.

out of curiosity you mention RENT so are the current Owners / landlords allowing you to renovate ???? why not just buy your own house and spend money in it ???

If I could buy a house I certainly would. This unfortunately isn't an option due to lack of solid financial/work history. Getting a loan would be impossible. I intend to change this in coming years but right now my goals are much more short term. Legalization is right around the corner, and with it much more regulation. Using CO as a model shows me recreational/medical growing will be a thing of the past for anyone without millions of dollars to throw at an operation.

Its my granparents place. My grandfather is deceased and my grandmother is senile and living with my parents. The new "landlords" are essentially my parents/aunt and uncle, who are aware of the renovations I am doing. This property is zoned for multiple single family homes so when I move out, chances are the house will be demolished to make way for 3 new homes, and my landlords will become slumlords.

Been working round he clock to get everything automated before leaving. Did some more defoliation on the plants that are 3 weeks in 12/12. Am planning to pull this tray that's ~9.5 weeks tomorrow and hopefully get a hood and horizontal tray into flower in it's place with a 600 over them.

Then I've got flower room #2 which has 3k in it. 2 vert trays and a hood with a single plant ppk in it. Should work out well. Hoping to average at least 1.5 lbs per 1k. If I can do that things will be looking way up.

That's all the HPS ballasts I have so veg will have to take aback burner for a bit. I have ~60 clones and seedlings waiting for transplant or whatever currently under a t5.

I'm heading away from the grow for a few days this weekend, rushing to ensure everything is ready and in tune with my plans. Sorry for the rambling post. My head is all over the place

Pics soon to follow!

Everything survived my 3 day leave of absence. Unfortunately the plants I pulled before I left got drier than I would have liked so I'm rushing to get everything into air tight containers. They also seem a little premature, @9.5 vs 11 weeks from last time. Its okay though because there is already another run in its place.

I have pics piling up from the last couple weeks. I'll try to get an organized update in the next day or two.
