Too much nutes for such a small plant.
Let the pot dry up a bit, and let the plant drink what it has.
Fresh water only until plant gets about a foot tall.

Chris, what type of media are you using? That looks like field/yard soil. If so, its not really the best for indoor applications. Look into some Fafard 3-b, or Premier Promix Bx. The media looks kinda dry to me as well, but pics can be deceiving, but a media that is too dry can result in nutrient deficiencies. There is a fine balance between too wet and too dry and it can be a pita to find that center.

In the future, I think you'll have better results feeding your plants from emergence rather than waiting 3 weeks. The plants need food from the get-go. You'll experience more vigor next time if you feed very early on rather than the stunted plant you currently have on your hands.

PS Ive used the same nutrients you are using, and I found them to be lacking in providing the nutrients I needed for my plants. If you're dead set on organic, Id recommend a different line up.

JI No 3 is for more mature plants. It's too nutrient rich for your plant so is burning it. Give it just water until it looks healthy then start with the nutes at a low dose. If it wasn't an autoflower you could grow it out and let it get big enough to flower.

Normally you'd start on JI No 1 for seedlings, No 2 for cuttings, and No 3 for mature plants that can take that much nutrient.

And you should really add some perlite to the mix to make it dry out quicker reducing the risk of roots rotting.

Don't worry - all part of the learning process.

Don't stress. Plants have a way to live. Just water it from now on for a week or two. Just water. Or very light feeding after two plain watering. Don't over water either. Just let it get back to normal. It's a weed.

The one thing they need is time to recover - which is the one thing autos don't really give you. They should finish, but the whole time they're stressed they won't really grow, so the yield might be small.

A lot of this game is one step forward, two steps back. Don't lose heart - just keep at it and keep a notebook of all the things you've done which work.
