There are only roots and ''undiversified tissue'', precursor of roots or other tissues like stems, leaves etc...

Nothing special to make those clones roots even in the air, just keep'em sealed in a little box, opened twice a day to let enter some fresh air.

I still try new ways for cloning, and still in search for the best and easiest way

It should be.
I often observe little things having fun with my macro lens and every time a clone is rooting, the first step for the cut is to form this callus. Depending on the cloning method this callus can be very tiny and roots developing almost directly from the cut or the callus can become double of the size of the stem and only then roots start to show. Air and water are the keys here.

How big they are?

If you mean the hydro ones, they're in 25liters buckets (at max. capacity). When the roots are small they have 20 liters each, more the roots grow less space for whater there is.
