A Message From An Old Friend...
A Message From An Old Friend...
well, let me start off by saying i feel like a first class idiot. the email i provided Mr GreenJeans has not been used for quite some time...i had not checked it in almost a year. (duh)
...i was cleaning house and checked it...over 3000 e-mails
...among the 3000 assorted messages were two from my old pal...
unfortunatly, he was sicker than i had imagined...almost lost his battle, but has bounced back...his whole life revolves around his young daughter and his wonderful wife who works long hours to make ends meet.
He is recovering from a very serious (unnamed) illness. after almost dying following his doctors' orders and taking their meds, he has found relief in numerous methods of healing including: "intensive physical therapy,
shiatsu, acupuncture, and other chinese recovery interventions"...
he has not been able to enjoy any herb, and his garden is empty...(sadly)...this is no plea for free herb>>please don't take it that way.
he misses you all and wanted to say thanks for all the kind thoughts.
i copied and pasted this from his most recent message:
"If you feel inclined, please pass on my best wishes to our mutual
friends who may ask about me. Part of me is broken hearted to be in this
situation of separation from a community I grew close to. I leave it to
you to express how I'm doing if you desire in whatever way you deem
appropriate."
i am truly sorry for missing his emails when he originally sent them to me...i feel doubly bad, as he figured he had offended me in some way, as i never responded...
if you have a spare minute could you please think of our old friend and send a good vibe or two his way?
i know he would really like that.

He was one of my fav people here. When I first started posting years back, under a different handle, he was always encouraging and seemed like a wise grower full of knowledge and willing to help.
