Is Trinity still around?

There used to be some super stinky stoney buds that showed up in colorado and nor cal that were called Trinity. I haven't heard of that strain in a long time and I was wonder if it is still alive and kicking.

You may be able to track it down.

You may be able to track it down.

a cultivar called Chernobyl, contains Trainwreck, Trinity and Jack the Ripper...is available in seed form and uber potent....also Jason King has a pic of Trinity in Cannabible 1

The Trin is still around for sure in the Oregon are you should check out these guys they know whats up for sure.

I live in Oregon, Eugene to be precise. This is where Jason got the Trinity sample he entered in the CB1. I've lived here my whole life and smoked a lot of Trinity in the day. A lot of people (most) in my region claim to have the Trinity cut. The strange thing about it is no one has the smoke that we used to call Trinity. Seems like that if as many people who claimed to have the cut did, we'd get a bowl of it every now and then to smoke. I haven't seen that flower in over a decade in this region. I feel the cut was either lost to the public or yanked off the market for genetic hoarding. I don't even see any crosses that appear to have the Trinity within them. Seems her progeny would be semi-unmistakeable.

Perhaps the pheno just got too hard to work with in regard to stability as mentioned above. I just feel if that was the case the original crew who used to run it would make that claim to lay to rest the mythical origins of the strain. I mean I know people are good at keeping secrets and that secrets provide hype. But if someone was hyping the strain loose lips would have sunk that ship already.

It's alive. My friend got an eighth of it from a grower that was trimming for a friend in trinity pines. He said it's still alive in Shasta. I hope it surfaces soon.

Definitely still around, and you're right... Progeny unmistakeable. Check Trinity X Lavender in certain stores in the Eugene area. Also, we have many seeds.
