cheap effective co2 control?

Got burned pretty bad purchasing a xgc-1e off craigslist so now I'm in need somewhat inexpensive(200 or less) co2 controller. Right now I'm thinking either the cap ppm4 or titan atlas 7, leaning towards the latter because of ability to sense light and titan generally seems better than cap. Or should I just shell out the additional 150-200 and get a controller with fuzzy logic? Will I be banging my head against the wall with the cheap option?

Yeah, go with a fuzzy logic unit otherwise you'll be pissed. I use the Sentinel PPM4, money well spent.
