Thanks man, I really do have some passion for it. I still have quite a way to go though, I could make some really pretty shatter, and retain a lot more terpenes with a vacuum pump and chamber setup. One of the things on my to do list lol.

Seems like my knack in growing lies in the bho, was hoping it'd be more the grow aspect, but I'll take what I can get!

Imagine what some pure db wax/shatter will look like! I dream about the high lol(even though that Banner/db shatter was INSANE). Had a crazy ass dream last night with some sort of like Amazonian Sour Bubble cross that was like a monster. They hermed it for seeds or something and it had nanners the size of actually bananas and the seeds were like the sizes or oranges. Didnt even smoke that much last night either, must be why lol. Was sad when I woke up and didnt have my cut of it

Didnt notice the tops of those hairs were brown when takin the picture, but not worried about it. This top had a fan leaf from another top covering it. Noticed some hairs get a little red when they are in direct contact without other plant parts, kinda like a bruise. No biggie, just wish I picked a different top for picture appeal.

Definitely gonna do some defoliation around week 4 like dan suggested, think it will help immensely with overall quality and reduce the risk of bud rot by improving ventilation.

Chopped the 2nd db pheno today. Actually got some purple in the tops again even with the heat. Looking pretty good even though I screwed her up pretty bad again.

Just 36 hours after chop the 2nd db pheno is dry enough in parts to smoke so I just had to.

FUCK!

It is some strong strong stuff man, even though I fucked her up bad and chopped her at 8.5 weeks. So good right now, just straight sour bubble indica gooey goodiness flowing all through my body and head even. Just feeling so damn right, like a tailor made high right now. Loving it!

Definitely did a little better this time addressing the issues with nutrients and was able to get her to grow more regularly this time instead of a 2 week no growth zone like first run. Now I know if I can just dial her in it will be the best smoke I have on deck, hands down.

Just wow man, I cannot believe how good and strong this high is after only 36 hours. The smell is 10x better too, very sour but more of a earthy diesel type, fuckin loving it. Holy shit, can't believe I wanted to throw her away, she will be more than worth it once I get her figured out.

Had some extra bb shatter laying around so I decided to make some brownies.

I took 2g of the shatter and dissolved/melted it into 1/3 cup of butter in a double boiler type of setup. Had to use a toaster oven since the normal once is broken.

Toaster ovens suck for anything other than like a hot pocket.

Finally got it all ready, tasted really good. Ate 2 and went for a walk in the rain. Didnt feel like they were that strong so I ate 2 more and the first two kicked in pretty much right after I finished the 2nd two. Slept for about 15 hours last night.

Kinda funny, stayed up really late the night before and was trying to get back on a normal sleep schedule. Went to bed at 10 last night and didnt wake up till 12:30 today, guess we'll try again tonight.

I have a feeling there is A LOT of THCV in the bb. I get 0 munchies when smoking it, and it hits me pretty much instantly.

Edibles dont ever get me that messed up, just sleepy. It's kinda strange. I can smoke a considerably small amount and get really messed up, but I can eat edibles all day.

Think it's because they come on so slow, hard for me to really judge the high.

the only edibles i've ever tried was candy bar i got from a buddy in Cali . I ate half the thing while i was on the PC . half hour later still didn't feel a thing , so i ate the other half ...... BIG FUKIN MISTAKE !!!! an hour later i'm layin on my bed holding my chest cuz it felt like my heart was gonna explode !!! I was trippin balls for 3/4's of the night !!! first time i ever tripped that hard on weed & had a helluva hang over all the next day . scared the shit outa me dude !!!! not sure i even wanna try it again lol

Day 28. Managed to take a picture of the same bud with minor pistil bruising. Going really well, I'll up the P K next week.

So, so, so much better man! I actually went and got more of the ones in the mid canopy opening it up really well now. Air flow is much much better now, not worried about bud rot at all now. Gonna buy another small oscillating clip fan though to make sure.

Found some db trim from about 4 months ago. I was gonna make bubble but decided it would be better to just blast it.

Did the usual, took the first little burst and purged the butane to try it out, and am winterizing the rest right now.

Not a lot of waxes in the Deathbubble. If I had a proper vacuum setup I could probably make some SSD shatter with it by just freezing the tube and butane before hand. Came out a bit darker than normal, but I suspect that is because of the not so great starting material. Nice high though. Good strong db punch to it.

Day 40, little over 3 weeks left. Looking even better than the first go, very excited. Even with the crappy HPS distortion and blur it still looks good.

Also added a small oscillating fan that is very powerful and efficient. Oscillates pretty quick and also has a high tilt angle, really happy with this purchase form walmart for $20. Holmes brand, "Blizzard"

I would like to say I am not worried about bud rot at all now, but with my luck you never know. I feel so much better though and can really see how I kept getting it in the first place. RH hasnt gone above 50%, usually maxes out at about 48% now (40-48% variance throughout day/night). Air flow AND movement all throughout the tent is greatly improved now. Good thing I like white noise lol.

Fucking ridiculous, 2.5 weeks never felt like so long...

The smell is a thing of beauty, cant stop smellin my fingers. SO sour and diesely and a nice earthiness. Such a perfect sour bouquet to it.

SMELLS SO DAMN GOOD!
