So hey everyone, this is my first grow thread. I have a very modest grow, it's just for my own benefit benefit and I've been trying to dial in this room for the past 6 months, albiet with some success and some failures.

It's a tiny room, as I have an equally modest apartment here in a major city on the east coast where rent is just insane.


But then again, the room has just enough room for me and my neighbors are cool, they haven't said a single word about the noise. I'm sure they can't really hear anything anyway, i have everything well insulated. So here are some pics!




So that's my three tents, all secret jardins. A 4x4 for flower, a 3x3 for veg, a cloner tent for my aero cloner and seedlings, it gets very damp and humid in the tiny one.



I'm venting through a 6" fan that's bolted to the wall and wrapped in insulation. I'm using insulated ducted to cut the noise down and I'm fortunate enough to live on the top floor or an old building that makes alot of noise anyway.




So what i do is this. I'll start flowering the guys on the bottom tent and they stretch like crazy because the light is obviously positioned much higher, directly feeding the other plants which have been convinently mounted on the rack that I built.

Then once they stretch properly enough, I move them to the top rack. It's my way of going Ver-petual!

The rack was built with 40 dollars with of home depot lumber, 4" lentils, 2 x 6 x 8's cut to size. Real easy.




Cloning for me, has been very successful, 100% rate.

It's a great strain, but too indicia for my purposes. I was running it in my original horizontal set up before I went vert.

Now I've got a Critical Super Silver Haze that is a month from finishing that I'm looking forward to sampling. I've taken clones of it, hoping to find one of these strains to mono crop my tent with.

Since I only grow for myself, I want to run 2 large harvests, then monocrop very low numbers to keep my self sustained throughout the year while i grow different strains looking for variety and mothers.

I smoke alot.

It's been my habit since I was 15 years old, one I formed out of necciesity. I'm one of those people who have a tremendous amount of energy and marijuana is one of the only substances I know of that calms my anxiety and allows me to focus enough to work. I sleep for 5 hours a day and I can go with one meal and work 14 hours, no problem.

I just drove 800 miles yesterday, came home, worked for 3 hours, organized my world, then fell asleep at 1 a.m after eating dominos. I usually juice, eat organic, but I'm still a man, especially so with the munchies at 12 a.m. lol

Without pot though, I would have never been able to just knock out cold without thinking of something else to do.

I woke up this morning 5:30 and hit the gym, back at home for lights on at 6:30 and took care of both tents. Since i had been gone for 4 days, the CSSD went a little dry, but its ok since I like to ramp up the metabolism of the plants around this time anyway. Now I'll feed full strength next.


By the way, just so anyones curious the strains in the tiny tent are of the following.


3 Bodhi Road Kill Unicorn

3 Sensi Seeds Jack Herer (Always wanted it as a kid)

3 Blue Bubbha (Just for fun, not looking for a mother.)

The rest of the cuts are Bodhi Blood Orange taken from this mother.






And the CSSH cuts are from this mother.




Right now I'm just looking to find the right strain.

I'll be popping different beans until one smacks me in the face and tells me to keep her. I always had a thing for women who can throw a punch.

Before anyone asks, nutes I use are botanicare, I PH everything to 5.8-6.0

The room is cooled with a 10,000 BTU A/C, overkill I know, but its quite at 50% instead of stuggling at 80% for a 5K BTU unit.

The temps in the big tent is 78 degrees, veg 76, tiny 72 since its closer to the window.

I use a Solis Tek 600W and an Ushio bulb.

The soil is FFOF just because I'm lazy and never had any issues with it.


The CFL's are UVB bulbs btw, 10% reptile bulbs.

Nice setup, when you have free time build a box for you blower and fill it with insulation. I'm like you, marijuana is the only thing that slows me down. Otherwise I never sit down.

I've never been diagnosed with anything, and I've suspected I have some kind of ADHD or aspy's type of condition, but lately I just learned about this condition called "unipolar manic." It's like manic depressive without the depression. That describes the hell out of me. I'm just GO GO GO all the time and I need cannabis to slow my mind down.

Quick Update :


Everything got potted up to either a 1 gallon or 2 gallon pot.

Here are a few picks of my mini nute table, plus another assorted few others. Next post should be the motavation harvest, yipiee.

Oh and the blood orange stretched beautifully. It reaches 3.5 feet and sits at a perfect height ontop of the rack.


The RKU's are looking promising as well.


I just popped 3 Satori's and 3 StarBerrys in anticipation of my next run. So now I have 3 beans of the following strains.


Road kill Unicorn - Bodhi - 2 weeks old
Jack Herer - Sensi - 2 weeks old
Blue Bubbha - Freebie - 2 weeks old
Critical Super Silver Haze - Delicious - 1 month into flower
Motavation - Serious - 1 week from harvest, day 68 flower.
Blood Orange - Bodhi Seeds - 3 weeks into flower, just finished stretching.




The motavations are almost done, should be a few more days. Even in clone, it looks like it'll take 70 days, but its worth it.

I wanted to take them further but nanners appeared and stole the show.

In the veg tent way in the above pic, all the blood orange, CSSH clones are coming along nicely. As well as the jack, bubba kush, and RKU's. I"m going to take them to one month veg and throw them into the flower chamber. I'll probably go a few more rotations and then have enough for 6 months or so, lower numbers and go mother hunting for that winner.

The other two pics are of the blood orange in the far corner and the one closest is the CSSH, which has amazing structure. I'm loving how it's turning out so far.


I'll update with dry motavation pics in a few weeks, after we got the cure on and all.

Hey guys, so I've got a weird thing happening. Here is a pic of a single bladed clone I took from the CSSH. It grows just fine, but the single blades are kinda of wierd. I've got more pics to post, but I figure I'll start with this guy first. I'm starting a different grow log for my blood orange, but I will update this thread with finished pics once they are done.





This is the mother plant in flower, the mutant was taken from this beauty. She looks fantastic at 3 1/2 ft.


Figured I'd give my mutant plant some mutant company....

6 different RKU's - 3 pheno's, I'm waiting to see how they finish before I choose the mother.

The rest are all Synergy, 10 total.

So I took another branch down on the massive CSSH to taste and see where its at maturity wise.

Bitch is at 70 days and still clear trichs with fewer pistils shooting but some.




The other two pics are of the clones I took from the RKU's and BO's waiting to get to the veg chamber. I'm going to wait to harvest the 3 RKU testers to find out which one I'm going to run, if any at all.

The RKU's are super charged animals of interstellar funk, purple walled audacity that doesn't even worry about ruining carbon filters.

2 Hortilab Starberry
1 Mandala Satori
