Thanks, LyryC!

Unfortunately, my place was seriously hit by a hailstorm yesterday. My tomato and pumpkin plants suffered the most. Eventhough the hazes also received some damage, I'm happy that they were not bent over by the strong winds and ice and don't have a single branch broken. The branches bent but did not break at their bases.
So, Ace's Haze x Thai has strong structure. Great for big plants outdoors.
HxT #1 and #3 have all their big fan leaves from the side I usually take photos of them beaten away.
The little Panama is surprising well, maybe because her leaves are still small.

Looking from far, the Mama Mia seemed bent but I still haven't made a closer inspection.

Sucks about the storm, I think you'll do OK.
Maybe try a light dep for next year, that way you can flower long flowering sativa's and not have to wait for the autum.

We usually have dry summer - very few, if any, rains in June, July and August. So far, it has been an unusually wet season, like last year was.

Here's the weekly update.
All plants are fine. Only the little Panama seems like is having its soil too rich for its taste. I hope it will overcome it once it becomes bigger and hungrier plant.

HxT 4:

It has some purple streaks on the base of its stem where it's still somewhat wet due to the humidity that the clovers keep. I really like for how long the soil surface is moist after rain under the thick clovers mulch.

The tops are starting to burst with growth, here's one of them:

And the top of the plant with its thinner and thinner fan leaves:

I like it when I start looking upwards to see my plants' tops. HxT #1 is about 240 centimetres tall:

Here's HxT #1's base just to show how strongly the branches are attached to the main stem:

The aftermath of the hail on HxT #1's stems. Looks like asking for rotting trouble in the damp autumn weather, we'll see:

And the Mama Mia in the bush. It's right under a branch of a plum tree and soon the ground around it will get covered in plums.

Hi, people!

Locoezon, I'm trying Ace's Haze x Thai F2 & F3 for the first time, the seeds were bought in late 2012 as Ace Tropical Mix. I don't know much else about them, you can check Ace's section, there are some threads on the Haze x Thai hybrids.

Here are some photos from a few days ago. All plants doing fine.

Starting with HxT #4:

Nice branching, very similar structure to the Nirvana's Haze that I grew at exactly the same place in 2012. Compared to it, HxT #4 is more compact, darker in color and less vigorous (or is the compactness cheating my eyes/brain?), has no purple on leaf stems but has stronger leaf serration. However, these differences are subtle and it's great to see the common thin stems and structure standing out in the different Haze lines from different vendors and origin (Sam the Skunkman and Oldtimer1).

HxT #1 is more on the Thai side in terms of leaf shape, color, structure and robust stems. It reminds me of Nirvana's Full Moon which is also a Thai hybrid. HxT #1 has the same very sweet (+ some coffee in the background) smell and you only need to stick your head in the bush to smell it, no rubbing needed.

The Panama has overgrown the problems (hailstones and soil acclimatization) and is bringing out bigger leaves. Unfortunately, it is shaded by HxT #1 half of the day and besides shares the same soil where HxT #1 & #3's roots are already established.

I'm very eager to know HxT #1 & #3's sex, as I don't want to have 3 plants at that place (plant count insurance). My initial idea was to have a single plant there, which together with the plant at HxT #4's place would make 2 plants in my property. Now I have 4. I'm very interested how the Panama will flower in my climate, so I'd rather cull both HxT #1 & #3. But they are so nice, that I feel wanting to take the risk and leave one of them. But which one...

Here are 2 shots of the HxTs with a chair for size comparison:

Thanks for the nice words and interest, man!

Here's the weekly update with photos from yesterday.
A week ago I removed many of HxT #4's lower and inner small branches. They were only stretching, sucking juices and making the bush too dense. I also removed HxT #1's and #3's lower branches that were close to the small Panama plant.
I watered the plants a few days ago for the first time this season as we are finally entering into the "real" summer with high temperatures and drought. Still no true heats though, only 32-33*C (90*F).

Starting the photos with HxT #4 and #1 in the background. HxT #1 wasn't meant to be so big and stick out above the fence that much, lol. 3 meters high in the end of July is great but, hmmmm, risky.
