What is wrong with my micro plant?

Hello there my fellow growers!

I am a first time micro grower in a PC STEALTH BOX, and my plant is 30 days old from seed.
It's under 12/12 from seed with a very big 125W CFL 2700K (Actual 125W)

My problem is that these last few days, it has developed some weird brown spots on the fan leaves. Almost looks like burn marks. And it could not be burn marks since the CFL light gives off almost no heat what so ever. It started to happen after I gave the plant rain water a few times. Just a note, not sure if that actually caused it.

And now, I am really seeking for some professional advice.
What could this problem be?

Some notes for you guys:

* I've been doing LST almost from the very start.

* I noticed many white larvae during the second week (fungus gnats), changed medium immediately, and as for now day 30, I physically can't see any fungus gnats)

*Medium used is peat based medium from what I understand. I am still very newbie to all this stuff but the label says:
- 60% peat (low humification)
- 34% peat (high humification)
- 6% sand
- pH 6
- NPK 14-7-15

*I water the plant roughly every 2 days when the soil is dry. (Lifting the pot to feel the weight)

*I gave it pure rain water a few times last week, and after that the leaves started to show brown spots.

*Now I only give it distilled water with pH 7

*After I give it some water when the soil is dry, the runoff water at the bottom of the pot shows a pH of roughly 5 with a simple cheap pH stick (1 time use sticks)

Well I think I am probably doing a lot of things wrong here hehe, but that's why I came here to you guys. I have seen very talented growers here and I would be so happy to learn from you!

Feel free to ask me anything that I have missed to point out.

Hmm I see.. Because I am really worried somehow lol.
Thnx for the quick reply and the links, i'll check it out.

Also the temp is not that high when the PC BOX is closed.
I stopped the fans while I was taking photos and the heat comes up pretty fast.
Usually the temp in the closed PC BOX with 2 inlet fans and 2 outlet fans is around 28-30 degrees Celsius.

So DJXX would you say that my plant looks healthy?
And I also want to mention that I have no clue what kind of strain this is.
When smoked some weed last year I found seeds in one of the buds.
I mean the joint really hit me hard, and it even had seeds.
So thats the little baby up there. I hope its gonna be a lil gal

Today I noticed what looks like 2 balls.
But I am not sure if it's a male.

Any other opinions?

Yeah indeed, it does look like a male. But still to this day I am not sure.
I can see like a small ball, but it does't have a neck like other male balls have. Other than that, the plant really looks good today and growing very fast!.

Btw mate, Do you know any good strain that will flower very fast and is perfect for the micro grow method?
