neat stuff. Never like the feel of the effect myself, but have always thought the history was really neat. I was fortunate enough to live near the old Nash Beoman distillary as a kid . It was still going , but real quiet and I was able to poke around a lot but tried to be care full and not to damage anything. It was so neat to to be able to spend time in a place that was so empty, but had so much time and history invested in it.

i recently started winemaking i am on my second 5 gallon batch which is around 23 bottles i can be very involved i started considering making it after a lengthy trip to italy i was immersed in the itailian wine culture my friend and his father make around 1000 bottles every fall his familly has been growing the same variety of grapes and have there recipe down pat
i came home and started sourcing the proper ingrediants and equiptment it's not really a cheap hobby i am anticipating the first bottle next month i am going to start my own little vinyard this summer just to have a fresh supply for my own batches
