It's a pretty old topic, but I hope to give out some useful info, as I am always on the cheap side for what concerns seeds (or fertilizers recently)..
- bag seeds will grow, but they might be F2 or F3 and give you ugly phenos so be ready to select and clone the best plants rather than growing them all
- self bred seeds are often a great choice. Especially if your grow conditions are less than optimal, you will create a strain that's the fittest for your specific microclimate
- White Label seeds are normally pretty good, Nirvana too has a good line of affordable genetics
- If the breeder has a website you might find a good offer there
- Keep an eye of the distributor's social media, they might have limited offers or clearance sales. Me I just found this on my FB!

I'll second that. Also had great luck with Dinafem's Blue Widow. Both those breeders have good genetics for a reasonable price.

They're not the only ones, either i.e. ******s, Mandala, Nirvana, Cannacopia etc. as others have said.

When it comes to affordable strains, I have had a lot of luck with: Ace mixes, Delicious Seeds, Female Seeds, Samsara Seeds, and Sweet Seeds. I have heard enough good things about Kannabia for them to be high on the list of things to try.

That noone mentioned nomercy,ceez genetics are cheap but the quality of his strains is pretty good ! ( talking about NoMercySpecial ( sativa fans must try it ),honey bee,double fun and santa maria did really impressive in my garden )

The only places you can talk about getting seeds here is seedbay and seedboutique (they're even a little sketchy on talkin' about the boutique). That being said I would recommend KCBrains seeds, or stickyseeds but you won't find them at either of the aformentioned sites. Good luck out there, keep running the bagseed until you decide to take the plunge.

I think that you can get cheap cannabis seeds in many places, but if you are learning it might not be the best idea for you.

If you end up with bad genetics then you wouldn't know if it was your growing skills or the seed. So if go for discounted seeds make sure they are reputable!

Hazeman is the best deal out there I think. Send him 45 bucks he sends 2 packs of beaners. He does the g13 HP as well for that. Check his stuff out. The Nature farm is a good deal as well he does a 2 for 1 deal and the plants already look amazing after just a few weeks of breaking the surface.
