Some lovely looking plants piff!
Really nice fade on the fruit salad pheno, bet she's tasty.

Thanks mate, she had about a 2.5 week flush, bit less than I normally do but she was in a smaller pot than the others so she faded real nice nonetheless. She smokes to a pure white ash.

great looking selection piff, looking forward to the smoke reports :) .i never seem to get those colours you get from the leaves at the end.i do flush for 2-3 weeks and do get the fading ,
just not the colours .great job ,all the best .ww
ps do you do any bubble or other with the leaves ?

Thanks willy, I think the colours are due to a combination of genetics and low night time temps. I had the fans on full during lights off and this seemed to have made them colour up a lot more than normal, including clones I've previously ruin that didn't colour up like this in the past.

Nice , I'm just starting some cheesedog so this is quite helpful ! Thanks!

Thanks bro, you won't be disappointed.

great report and breakdown piff...well done! pheno 3 mmmmmmm i too, cant wait to read the smoke report on these different phenos.....wouldnt be surprised if there was something insanely tasty ala superdawg in that bunch....will wait and see...

Nice one OG, yeah I was thinking the combination of 1988 old school stinking skunk and early 1990s afghan had to throw winners. I'm really impressed with the male selection used as the father, as it seems to have greatly increased the potency and resin content of the skunk mother but retained lots of the distinct cheese qualities.

I haven't grown out any cd x gdp yet. Things just keep getting in the way. And I'm addicted to buying seeds so all of my own crosses usually get put on the back burner for the ones I pay money for. Maybe I'll run em with some other gdp gear when ojd releases his new gdp crosses just to compare a little.

Let me know if you ever send any of those into the bay!

Peace

Back with a brief smoke report, all seven phenos were very good to great smoke wise. More great than good.

All phenos had the distinctive chem taste to different degrees and the chem potency greatly increasing that of the cheese mother. They all differed in the chem dominance, but the ones I'll be keeping for another run are phenos 1, 3 and 5. All these were pretty chem dominant.

Number 1 reminds me of an OG or LA con type flavour, heavy afghan taste and beautifully dense buds. This one is the most resinous and leaves a nice pile of kiff when a joint's worth is crumbled.

Number 3 has the chem taste but also took on the super distinct funk of the cheese. Brightside's cheese has two aspects, a slight berry sweetness that is often carried in cheese crosses, but also an undescribable tcp like funk that is much harder to find in the crosses. This one has that trait so I'm very happy.

Number 5 is a more diesel like chem pheno, with a lemon sweetness and rockhard solid buds. Best yielder by far. Tastes like pure lemon diesel funk.

All phenos are equally devastatingly potent.

Very happy with these as representations of the chem and cheese lines.

Cheesedog keepers blowing up under the sun. Note to outdoor growers, these produce mad lateral branching in the same way the cheese mother does, but much stronger branches. Instant bushes without any pruning or training!

Thanks Bueno Time! I'm running all phenos again outside but have kept phenos 1, 3 and 5 to run indoors again once summer's over.

I think a cheesedog male would make a great pollen donor for TK as there's some real kushy affie phenos to be found in the line, and some nice dieselly chem flavs that would really complement the triangle kush. Can't wait for that one. :dance013:

Just chopped a run of my keeper number 5 pheno. Straight chemmy diesel funk. You wouldn't know there was cheese in the mix with this one.

Some of the most expansive smoke I've ever had, almost a chore to smoke as literally every hit results in a coughing fit. When you break a joint's worth up, a quarter of it is resin heads, no lie.

Don't sleep on this strain!
