Anyone else take Frankincense?

Due to several people close to me having cancer I discovered Frankincense is excellent for treating ovarian cancer and aside from that has a multitude of health benefits such as can be read about here http://www.organicfacts.net/health-...h-benefits-of-frankincense-essential-oil.html

and so now I take 3 drops of pure steam distilled frankincense oil in a glass of water every night and find I sleep really nicely too on it.
It is also apparently good for fertility.

Thought I would make others aware of its use as a medicine as I found it interesting myself.

Frankincense [oil] separates the ‘brain’ of the cancerous cell – the nucleus – from the ‘body’ – the cytoplasm, and closes down the nucleus to stop it reproducing corrupted DNA codes.”

Very interesting thread...gonna try it for M.S. since my brain feels so detached anyway. jpt

A much darker Frankincense i have has a more balsamic woody smell. It really depends on the variety, time of harvesting etc.

Keep on growing :)

I have some essential oil that is for medicinal uses. I never bothered to ingest it. You're showing rocks but can the oil work too? I don't see why not

You can better put a few drops on a teaspoon honey and then in the water.Essential oil doesn't mix very well with water.

There is BTW a wonderfull Frankincense store in London
