My friend has some outdoor plants he put back to veg they were flowering to early, and now they only grow single and tri leafs.. If i take cutting will the clones have 3 leafs or will it grow the original 5 leafs? Also would it mess up its quality?
It would be awesome if it stayed with 3 leafs or single easier to trim

the clones will just flower right away without any stretch or anything unless you let them grow out of the reveg before flowering them.
They keep growing all weird for a while and in low light gardens it takes a long time to get them back out of it

Revegging is i reliable way to save a plant as a mother.also you know exactly what you are getting cos you have already havested and possibly smoked.or just reveg till you get
five fingers and then reflower I find revegged usually yield much more.the more tiny buds left after harvest, them more yield.

Revegged plants have ugly deformed looking leaves initially.Dont panic, just part of the process.

I hope so, the plant went back to reveg and it got so bushy it looks like a regular bush, except leafs at single and tri leafs

If the clones used to be buds then they will bush up very nicely. I think all growers should reveg atleast once. Watching the little buds unravel and unwind is beautiful. I'm in the middle of doing this right now. It can take a while for the true leaves to return to the mother. And its.imperative not to flower them untill they are fully reveged.

Hmmm interesting. Ive never revegged a plant cause I normally have backup clones of anything new I flower.

I recently was gifted a clone that I didn't think would be anything special so just gave it a quick veg then tossed on 12/12..... but now im so happy with her that im kicking myself for not saving a backup!!! I think im def gonna try to reveg.

Thx for posting the pics!

Clone them as soon as they return to normal growth. Revegged plants make the best moms, all those extra branches! I've filled my grow room from one mom! Best way to clone! :)
- Think of it this way, they NEED to go back to 5 (or more) leaflets to go through photosynthesis to support new growth & all those buds you're hoping for! :D

I agree, Imagine the outdoor stealth if it just grew baby leaves.

If they kept growing like that, the stealth would be amazing...
Most of the single leaflet leaves don't even have serrated edges..

I had to move several 3 foot tall bushes, which had been pinched and bent and LST trained, outside to their holes way too early this season..They started going into flower due to the short days I have at the end of April. By the beginning of June they had started re-vegging with the single and triple leaves. Didn't even resemble a pot bush...

Now, in mid-July, they are 6 foot tall bushes, 5 feet wide, with about 2 dozen main tops on them. Of couse, the newer leaf growth is all 5, 7 and 9 leaflets, like normal...Another few months and I believe they're going to be covered with giant colas!
