Some Panama , Mextiza and some mexicans got some nice oily lemon complex (citrus side) aroma for the case of pine I can rememeber but I have a super skunk x big bud (white level) , very pine skunk scent but the high was boring and stony and some original haze (tom hill) that has a nice pine catpiss aroma (real deal oldschool shit)...

I have a cut of SAGE that turns piney when well cured. I'm also growing a Oaxacan that stinks to high heaven of peppery pine. Probably more pepper right now, but could go the pine route after a cure. We'll see.

oldnewfarmer, forgive the late reply, but I'm wondering if the Romulan you are referring to is the Nextgen Romulan ? I've been searching for a long time for that pure pinsol "pinebud" I had back in 84-86 ( I think it started as PortAlberniPinebud but became Romulan later on )
I've grown some 2007 Nextgen Rom and it wasn't at all piney... nothing to write home about either... :-(
If it's not Nextgen Romulan, could you point me in the right direction ?

Not sure if it was Nextgen. I don't know the story between them and Federation. I think it was from Fed when i got it. Very good piney stench to it but as you state it actually did start taking back seat to all the ogs etc gasoline funkers
