Where's the proof?

I'm not having a go, but I read this the other day and when you said "results people won't think are possible" or words to that effect, I came back to it to see what you were talking about. But I can't find what you're basing it on.

It seems you're talking about keeping your plants healthy, instead of starving them out for 2 weeks. But that's a basic concept unless there's something I've missed.

What's the advancement? I mean in terms of feeding/boosting. What exactly would you do differently using your method?
