Should I flip to 12/12?

Hi guys,
sorry for being such a noob but I was wondering if I should switch to 12/12 now. Ive been vegging in an aeroponic system for about 43 days in a 100*100*190cm Meter tent.
I have 8 plants in there but 2 of them are only 33 cm tall while others are 55cm.
I have only 100cm more until the plants will touch the dam light hehe. I used a net to scrog and bent some of the high branches of the plants a bit but there's still a difference in height.
Should I veg a few more days so the smaller ones catch up or should I flip now so the plants dont get too big?
Big ones that are 53cm; are Delahaze and Dutch Dragon.

thanks in advance for listening and giving me suggestions.:tiphat:

Wanted to add that I've been vegging mostly under 300 watt led light but have added a 600 watt hps now aswell that I use a few hours so they get used to the stronger light when I switch to both lights.

I would top the tall ones to get uniform height, wait till the pruned plants have put out new growth, then flip. Good luck. -granger

I have already topped then 2 days ago. hmm I flipped the switch because the big ones are showing preflowers and are really big.

some plants will more than double height during flower, especially if conditions are not ideal. IME sati vas and hybrids do the stretching if you have some pure indices you may be alright

yeah I'm glad I made the switch they are now 60 cm some of the branches.

I would switch to 12/12 for sure. I wouldn't ever top a plant before switching either. It's like cutting off your cola before it grew. It take weeks for the plants to build up the hormones in he apical meristems to what they where in what you just cut off. If you are going to top, do it weeks before you switch.

yeah Coastalkind I'm glad I just hit the switch the plants are all around 70-100cm tall I had to raise the lights now.

Its too late to top...you would throw the hormones all out of wack. Just flu to 12/12 and cross your fingers. If you have to, tie some of the stems to the top of the tent and move the bud to the side of the light...if they stretch and get that tall.

Considering your lights I would flower the next batch at around 30cm high, at most.
The penetration depth of a 600 HPS is around 60cm (with a LED its much less). anything below that is pretty useless in my opinion. Quite a few people trim the lower flowers because of that. (legs shaving)
