Chat not loading on firefox

I have been trying to get into chat for 2 hours to no avail. Any suggestions?

I have tried to get into chat several times through mozilla and nothing yet. I also tried on IE and no luck. Not sure what's going on there.

Right next to the back arrow and URL bar, there is a shield.
Click that and then "disable protection on this page"
That will get you in.
