I was inspired by the whole "wholesale prices plummet..." thread. I am so confused, I don't know qwiso or iso or shatter or full melt vs just regular water/bubble hash and so on. Still, I wonder what are fair prices around the nation for all these and bho? I know of someone who gave a few pounds of leaf, most of it fan but some sugar trim and got nothing for it. Got like $125 for a sandwisch baggie of like 3 ounces of what the 2nd guy admitted was "almost pure trichomes" from leaf, and yet later said "that's all I am willing to give and if you can get more elsewhere go ahead". He is making bho out of it but supposedly "sifting" it first, now I don't know much but never heard of sifting first and using kief only for making bho, I thought you could use all plant material. I think he uses the crazy Iraq vet card to his advantage (crazy like a fox but not crazy) has my buddy pegged for a sucker and is being too greedy and keeping too much for himself. I don't think anyone who wants to buy or sell and doesn't know much about the subject should be ripped off just for being "green". thanks!

Prices of bubble hasn and hash and derivatives?

no I said it was 2-3 ounces of what he said was "basically pure trichomes" (it was what came through a window screen sifting). That on top of at least 2 batches of about 3 lb leaf a piece. All that is only worth $125? And he probably turns it into thousands worth of bho?

for what quantity? I'm in the northeast us. This guy my buddy knows I think said he gets 60 a gram for bho, and originally said he would split the money after expenses with my buddy but think he was just "buttering his bread". Anyway, I am also interested in all derivative prices. For instance, I was hoping to see something like "I am in the seattle area and bubble goes for $20 a gram" or something like that, obviously the price may be way off but just siting an example. In other words, location listed first (in as much detail as you are comfortable with), then the product, the quantity and finally the price. Wholesale and/or retail. thanks!
also, you don't sift the material first and only use kief for bho do you? And is there such a thing as bubble that isn't full melt? You can put leaf of any strain through those bubble bags and get something right? It is that "something" I am most interested in determining a value for. thanks!

Trim is 50-100 a lb. I've heard some indoor guys ask for 400, but I dunno if they actually get that. The reason there is still such a good margin for making oil is that it is still considered sketchy by many and there are still a lot of growers that are afraid to have a hash lab connected to their grow.
Oil retail is 25-40 a gram
Kief retail is around 10-20 a gram

Even going by the lowest quoted numbers for everything, seems like my buddy is getting jacked hard. This guy he knows has weapons and is unstable or puts that on, not sure which. So my buddy is intimidated, a sure recipe for exploitation. My buddy is scared of the whole bho process but maybe bubble is a solution. thanks everyone and keep it coming. The only way your shatter/sap will have less plant waxes than budder made from the same material is if you winterize it.
Budder doesn't indicate what is in it, it is just a finished state of oil.

I have no idea what shit sells for but if your friend had 3 oz's of sifted trichromes he should buy a hash press and make his own dry sifted hash and say fuck off to this guy making the bho or just sell him leafs he has already sifted .it sounds to me like you r your friend got taken advantage of . look on amazon you can buy a press for as little as 35 dollars or a good last a life time one for 150 also 5 or 6 different sized 5 gallon bags for ice hash for 35 dollars but dry sifted hash is the best hash in my opinion no gas or water and ice just trichromes ready to smoke with out a lot of bother besides pressing it aloha cls
