Good luck with new mix, sucks about the BG Seedling , but thanks for letting us know it wasn't good for ya.

Thanks all should be back to normal after transplant. I will not flame the BG seedling mix cause I have only used it once. That being said the bag I received was no good, even after adding over 30% perlite it just was not draining properly or evenly. Took a lot of time breaking up the peat moss from chunks, I feel the seedlings just aren't agreeing with it and that peat might be throwing off the PH. Have never had issues like this with seedling especially so young. After going over all the possible problems all I can figure is the mix. I know the cold temps and water for a couple of days caused some stress but not to the level they went to. Pretty visable from pics already posted that there is more at play than just stress from cold. They should be much happier in bigger pots not planning on vegging for very long so I will probably just go straight to 3 gal pots that they will flower in. Might use 5 gal for flower haven't really decided yet. Will get some more pictures up by end of the weekend, will update with my decisions on pot size and the new soil they will be going in.

All plants were successfully transplanted on 6/22.
Unfortunately the transplant had to be put off a few days longer than I had initially wanted. Thus is life and nothing could be done about it.

When doing the transplanting it was clearly obvious of the drainage issues that were present with the seedling mix I had been using. Parts would be dry while other spots of the soil would be moist. Everything is so much happier in a new soil.

The transplants went very smoothly for the most part, not counting the numerous trips to the garden shop and a moldy bag of soil that was returned. None of the plants showed much stress and all quickly recovered from the transplant.

Plants were put in a mix of Roots Organics Greenfields mixed with added perlite, vermiculite and earthworm castings.

All 12 plants were also moved into the grow tent and under a 1000w MH. They are really loving the light and their new soil with big pots. Their growth may have been slowed down a few days from the stress but they are making up for it now. The growth is really starting to explode with all of the plants.

These are the 4x The Fuzz at Day 24, 2 days after transplant.
Phenos are in order #1 #2 #3 #4 (look at #4 specifically and how much its grown, 10 days ago it was a super runt I was pondering tossing, so happy I didn't as it has more stink than the other 3. It has just about caught up with the other 3 in terms of size, really showing vigor.)

This is the Pineapple Express and Bubble gum. 2 days after transplant at 24 days old.

Pineapple Express

Bubblegum (apparently this one is an auto flower?) this started showing hairs on 6/21 didn't realize it was an auto, not expecting much at all with this one lol maybe a gram. We will see what happens if she stretches or bushes out. If she produces any kind of weight I would be shocked with her size at start of her bloom cycle.

The pics are working for me. Looking good so far even with the low temps. Sorry, I'm a little late getting to the party!

Really interested in that Elephant Stomper since that's prob gonna be in the mix for me in a grow come fall.

Also wouldnt mind seeing more goji and Ive heard mixed reviews about the fuzz despite the fact that it has great genetics, interested to see what you'll find.

Things look good, keep it up.

Glad to see an update man. Sucks about the small auto-flower. Had 5-6 like that this season.

Thanks ODB. I am excited with all 3 of these strains and have high hopes for all.

Have heard nothing but good coming from the Goji. Have not heard much of anything regarding the Fuzz, so far so good really hoping to have some nice phenos. I hope to add some good reviews for it following this I love me some chem so this is right up my alley.

What sort of mixed reviews have you heard? :tiphat:

I think I am mixing it up with lucky charms because I can't seem to find what I thought was said about it. Kinda sucks because I think that is what made me not get them just yet. Oh well, I will in the future, for now I'll see how you do with em.

Finding criticism for bodhi seems harder than growing his seeds lol

LOL I think you hit the nail on the head there ODB.
The Fuzz has been a tough strain for me to find much on in terms of other grow reports. So hopefully everything comes out good with these.

If you do find any mixed reviews please share. :tiphat:

Thanks man I appreciate it.

Was a little shocked to find that bubblegum flowering didn't realize it was going to auto flower on me. Don't think it will produce much but it is growing so will see what happens with that one.

On another note plants are at Day 28 today and looking excellent.

Was thinking I might wait a few more days but was able to top 10/12 plants today, all seemed to go smoothly so we will see what happens in coming week.

Majority of plants were topped right at the 6th node believe we had 2 maybe 3 that were done at the 5th.

Did not top the runt fuzz plant, it has really boomed in growth past few days and it will be topped probably in the next 2 days.

Obviously did not top the bubblegum plant either as that would just make no sense.

There will be more photo updates coming on wed 6/4.

DAY 35 UPDATE

Today will be the last day vegging for the plants.
I have already switched the 1000w MH bulb I was using for veg to a 1000w HPS bulb for bloom today.
The plants will have their first official day of flowering tomorrow Monday July 7th.
All plants that were topped have responded very well.
I didn't not top the Bubblegum as that it appears to have been an auto flower. I will leave the Bubblegum in the veg room under a 250w MH since its a non photo period plant.
I also had chosen not to top the Fuzz #4 it is vegging along nicely but has always been a runt and has less vigor than the other, best choice seemed to be leave it un-topped and let nature handle it.
All plants appear to be very healthy and happy, with the side branching really starting to take off.
2 of the Fuzz plants and 1 of the Elephant Stompers seems to have what appears to be burn marks on some of their leaves, also some odd curling.
The cool tube on my light hood had some water spots on it that I noticed while changing bulbs. I was able to get those cleaned off and Im hoping it was that reflecting light and causing minor burns on some of the leave.
My other thought may be some sort of pest but have seen no bugs, very clean environment. I had looked at the plants and through the top layer of soil and saw nothing of suspicion.
It is a situation I am closely monitoring.

TIME FOR SOME PICTURES......

Bubblegum - Day 35

Wish I had realized it was an auto such a runt plant, hopefully it will fill out to a nice dense cob I think 7 grams out of this would be pushing it lol.

Elephant Stomper - Day 35

Elephant Stomper #1

Happy and healthy these plants have been a lot slower to start developing their branches.

picture.php

Elephant Stomper #2

You are able to see just a little bit of the curling on the leaf and a little part of what looks like burns.

The Fuzz - Day 25

The Fuzz #1

picture.php

The Fuzz #2

You can see the burn marks mentioned very clearly on this Fuzz, this plant has the most damage. It hasn't spread, the effected areas have just dried up. Keep my eye open for pests but have yet to see anything.

The Fuzz #3

picture.php

The Fuzz #4

This one is the runt you can see it wasn't topped. This is the second Fuzz plant having what appears to be burns not much on this one its the least damaged of the 3 plants.

Goji OG - DAY 35

All 4 of these Goji are really so happy, they look great. Really going to start exploding with their branching.
They all have such a great stink to them already, quite impressed actually with the amount of stink they are giving off.
