Lol. You're now complaining that they took the time to address customer complaints? It's almost like... you're one of their competitors and therefore have a predetermined bias.

Is it $900.00 cash or is it a credit within the company???

With a credit, Tweed gets a tax credit, they also get a client that won't go else where(at least until the credit is used up) and they can guarantee the share holders that they are not losing customers...A win win for Tweed.

Anyone else out there get some credit from Tweed? No sign of anyone representing them at the expo.. Strange considering they are ready to take on patients? I suppose they are not ready to serve the people who know the difference between what they shipped out and what is available at the Champs Expo. No comparison by any stretch of the imagination.
