Strange deficiency in coco coir, frustrating and hopeless feeling

Strain- Diablo OG, Sour Diesel, Skywalker OG, MadMan OG (all exhibit same symptoms)
Temps- 75F day / 70F at night, solid throughout
humidity- 40-65%
Nutrients- GH Fnova Veg and Bloom, also have CNS17 coco if needed
PH- I started with 5.8 but I have since gone up to the 6.0-6.3 range to allow more CalMag uptake. Doesn't seem to help.
Additives- Botanicare CalMag, Liquid Karma, Humboldts Crystal Burst as PK booster in early flower, Koolbloom in late flower. Also a mychorizzae product of various brands early in veg and early in flower for microherd. Molasses in the last few weeks also.
Medium- Botanicare coco coir bales, charged with 250PPM's of Calmag before xplant into 5 gallon SmartPots.

I am having a strange deficiency (pics attached) which I can't seem to put my finger on. I have been loading them up with Botanicare's CalMag Plus to try and resolve it, but they haven't responded well so far. Foliar Sprays of CalMag seem to help a bit at 5ml/liter with DM Penetrator added.

Our water from the RO comes in at about 150PPM, I bring it up to 350-400 with CalMag, then up to 650-700 with my base nutes for a late veg watering. I make sure to use at least 250PPM of CalMag. Still, I get the pictured deficiency in veg? Is my potassium too high with this nute combo and therefore blocking out CalMag uptake? I have heard of this, but not sure how to diagnose if this is happening.

The deficiency seems to go away in flowering although it is still there a bit. That is also pictured. I seem to be getting rust spots also which I understand is a Calcium def. I am adding CalMag at 300PPM to remedy. How long to see the deficiencies go away? I understand it's further along already and it will take a while.

Any help is much appreciated, I really need to make this happen. Got mouths to feed :comfort:

Humm...You are putting so much crap in there that it's hard to diagnose. Since adding Calmag makes no difference it's probably an uptake problem. Stop all the Calmag to start. Also baring any pest problems I would guess that the mychorizzae is affecting uptake in a negative way. When in doubt, flush. Flush it really good and then use only base nutes. Next run wash your coco with water (ONLY) and use base nutes. Despite all that you have dumped into your reservoir the finishing plants look no bigger or better than anything I have seen using a simple program.

i thought in coco the you want the ph in the 5.8 to 6.1 range..i think if you lower it to 5.8 you will see a huge difference...but you need to flush em first...notice the burnt edges....needs a flush and i'll find the link for you on PH...DJXX

if youre adding 300-400ppm of calmag I cant even imagine how high your total ec must be!
Cut that shit out!
Im feeding GH 6/9 @1.0-1.2 ec from start to finish.
If I add any calmag shit curls and gets all fucked up!
PH 5.5-5.8

First pic looks like mites.

Second pic looks like N-tox, over fert, pH issues.

Third pic looks like too high of pH or just general pH issues.

Fourth pic looks like mites.

Hard to tell from the pics you've shown. Sounds like you're adding way too much everything, way too much calmag, and your pH'ing too high. Drop everything but Floranova and pH to 5.5, guarantee you see things pick up.

How often have you been watering? How long since transplant? Lighting? IF they are at least a week from transplant, and NOT under t5's or LED's, I'd start watering with the above daily and see how things progress.

Have you thought about your coir. Are you thoroughly flushing your blocks of coir after you hydrate. I would switch brands...go for either Canna or B'cuzz.

the salty coir will leach salt and fuck with your plants...it can take a while to stabilize which is what you are seeing when they are going in to flower.

Your PPM's are low and your ph is fine. I would say spend the extra $ and go with some pre-bagged coco.

Oh shit my bad!
I just re-read the first post...
You're adding 300ppm of calmag and then only adding another 300ppm of base?
Your potassium isnt too high, you arent adding enough!
Base nutes only.
Try the CNS17
