what you really need or g/f needs is a high cbd variety, - old calio orange would suit her needs perfectly, more like taking mild doses of diazepam really, I hear cannatonic is a good choice also,
Quite a big range out there if ya look hard enough, lower the thc and higher cbd's id go for, there are 3 main ratio's medicinal strains as such have, 1-1 ratio and so on, really good for body stone highs and clear up highs in the head as a plant of my own has for example. - b

Burmese is supposed to be great, real anti anxety strain.
Have found Hawaiian Indica and God weed to be real relaxing and no worries high.
Golden Goat is a nice clear headed strain great for cleaning the whole house. (sativa)
If you have Kali mist(Western winds) dont share with to many women because supposedly they will beat a path to your door for more.

dinafem diesel was a really chill smoke honestly.. one strain that u smoke and just relax n have no worries in the world..
if trippy weed is wat your NOT LOOKING FOR.. go with a indica dominate hybrid.. or a indica strain all together.. but i would try a few diff kinds.. because terpenes and flavinoids have alot to do with the high also.. and also when u chop has a lot to do with the way the high is. ... check out trichomes get a 60-100x microscope/handscope.. and look at trichs before the chop.. if u dont want anxiety.. go for fully cloudy with some ambers here and there.. or like 30%amber the rest cloudy.. and ull be happy.

For a quasi-sativa, cbg's Nepalese Highland can hit a peaceful spot...
"An 6 generations inbred job from a line shared in past by Reeferman. Produces lovely and spicy buds with a nice social, happy and uplighting feeling good effect. Hashhy, spicy and peppery flavours. Strong resistance to pests and elements, can finish in 9 - 10 weeks in different climates."
Think, "Willie Nelson", as that Nepalese was half of that strain.
NepJam, and then NepHaze, adds increasing, yet still happy sativa energy.
Both also at cannabiogen.

Green Haze x Thai is doing that now. The darker thai-leaning phenos
are super clean/clear and give a unique happy focused sensation. The

it is vs. sativa racy.

I guess your not getting rid if your Girl friend because she is susceptible to racy strains.LOL
So that being said in my personal experience I grew out Nirvana Ice and that had no elements of being racy.
It had a very narcotic High to it.
Letting trichomes go amber is very good advise too.

I find that some Sativa strains make you thoughtful in a way that dispels Anxiety and Paranoia.
I think for a sativa chocolope is pretty chill and for cbd strains I don't have a lot of experience but I would try and get a cut of a strain that's bin tested.
The big thing is dosage. If she is taking more than one weak hit a session she is going to have a bad experience. Small amount and she will find a lot more enjoyment.
Your two or three hits may equal her one small hit. She may come to enjoy the euphoria of the sative if she eases into it. So no splitting a joint with her. LOL

I wouldn't want to claim much experience here, but Mandala's Rishi Kush has a nice, soft, warm high that's easy to regulate. Our batch was perhaps a bit more potent than they describe with seasoned tokers offering favorable impressions. Easy to grow, very resinous too, with altogether decent yield. It's my wife's fave of what we've done so far, 9 different strains.
I'm going to have to grow some more rather soon, I can tell.
