WTF am I doing wrong? Weird burning to plants

I use rockwool. So for me 5.8 is optimal. I have never used coco before so I cant comment on that. I do use the protekt thou. Are you in a recirculating system or drain to waste?
Also I use the exact same ppm (170 on .5) on 6" vegging seedlings.
