Has anyone bought from BillyBudd in the Vancouver BC area?

This person seems new and selling/delivering clones and is doing it all online very publicly.
It kind of scares me that he is so open.
Anyone have any dealings with him?

seems legit, gives you a number asks to call, we're mostly medical these days in Canada anyhow, I can't see things really going sour.

I asked him if he could get me a cut of Jammerz/Jamaican/Juicy Fruit. And he had no clue wtf I was talking about, starts telling me about some mailorder strain he googled also called Juicy Fruit.


That pissed me off enough not to want to bother with him.

Billy Budd clone sales

Billy Budd clone sales

I have unfortunately purchased clones from Billy Budd. I would not recommend purchasing clothes from this individual. The clones were shipped poorly and 10 were completely broken on delivery. After several correspondence with Billy he has yet to refund me the amount of the 10 damage clones that did not survive the delivery process. It has been two and half months. He stopped all correspondence.


If that wasn't bad enough. The clones shipped were diseased with white powdery mildew. I ordered headband and a couple other strands.

Regardless of my situation. Billy appears to be in it for the money and not the cause. I understand he is running a business but anybody who is compassionate and involved in this game would gouge or rip off other fellow growers.

I don't know if this is a service that still exists, because I have been doing my own clones for years now...But, I have purchased clones from Compassion Clubs many years ago. I would at least call the Clubs in your area and ask, you never know. It certainly would be a more secure way to get clones over this "Billy" guy.

Another source you could check, is your favorite Hydro shop...If you are well known there, they sometimes are willing help.

Do not give them your money. that Is all they want tried to help few medical patients by getting them clones of "p.k" ended up being jack herer and some sour strain first cuts were quality very healthy just not strain patients asked n payed for. The quality of original clones were amazing to say the least but again at that time we did not know they were incorrect strains so other patient's I knew wanted more tried to set it up delayed over a month and then got clones no domes no roots added extra 50% from what we originally asked for but only about 7% survival rate and paid about 8$ a clone don't waste your money I warn u u may b impressed upon first meet but then they screw u over either with incorrect strains or shitty quality. And then the person who gave us dead clones went m.i.A and Billy did nothing to compensate. Warning

Thanks for the suggestion MM but the situation is that a customer of ours was thinking of mail ordering some cuts from billy and was asking for advise or feedback before sending funds.
I seem to remember some negative attached to billy buds cuts and I was hoping that some folks here have recent experiences with their cuts.
FWIW looking at it now I probably should have started a new thread for this.

i find its hard to get anything special from local clone houses... all the same stuff usually.

im not medical so hard to ask clubs and stuff... would be cool to know of a place or guy that had rare/special cuts ... or even a co-op for trading.

im in a small town so not much local going on. I should put a ad out - " Lets trade babies!" on second thought... might get the wrong response .

I would avoid him if he said yes to this request... it would obviously be a lie, because everyone turfed it long, long ago...

Is this really where folks are going for cuts these days?

I would not hesitate to suggest popping some beans instead.
