Now that WolfWurx Inc has consolidated its operation in Portland, we've received our Chinese parts shipments, and have started placing units in the field, I am starting this thread as a place to discuss WolfWurx equipment questions and issues.

Whether you have a turnkey WolfWurx system, or are assembling your own Terpenator from a WolfWurx kit, I encourage you to both ask questions, and share what is good and a bad about our systems, as well as customer service.

No pricing discussions, but do feel free do discuss any other related subject.

For those whom have asked, our website is built, but not yet populated, though we are working on it, and it will be up shortly.

I laugh every time I think about the first time I bought an Appion, before I even read one of your threads, the sales team just looked at me, like ??? and I in no way look like a hippy,I just also do not look like a HVAC guy, and when your account is COD, yea, first times are fun

I'd say that a couple of local businesses owe you a lot of thanks,Glacier for sure, they haven't seen sales of small tanks like that, probably ever

Could you not have the Chinese built parts done here?

Sadly, not and be competitive.

I originally designed a system to be built from scratch on local CNC equipment, but it was about 4X what I could build it locally for, from modified Chinese parts.

Because of Glaciers high markup on some key parts, the cost to build it locally from Chinese parts, was about 2X what it cost to have machining and welding modifications in China.

The machining and welding is automated and the labor rates are lower.

While WolfWurx's business plan is primarily based on value added to our imported kits, we still have to have a competitive foundation.

Thanks for all the good thoughts and best wishes ya'll.

Happy to help you with the plumbing schematics and resources SP.

Attached is a copy of how we plumb the units we deliver turnkey, and another schematic showing how I have the Gast pump hooked up on the beta test unit. Give me a call or contact me with questions, after you've studied them.

After a weekend of delivering Terpenator kits, followed by clearing out the home shop for more room to work and for additional tools, as well as completing the finish work on a couple of stainless carts trucked up from So Cal, we are braced to head back over to our equipment manufacturer to assemble the rest of our Chinese parts shipment.

We decided to loosely assemble each and every one of the first shipment to inspect for fit and finish, rather than let the customers find any defects.

WolfWurx refused to accept money down until we had parts in hand, so we've seen some pressure relief upon finding that some of the same customers had placed orders at more than one WolfWurx Terpenator distributor, and with different names and avatars, so were double counted, or bought a more immediately available unit from others.

The pre-sales are nice, but so is no longer being under the gun to drop everything so as to deliver kits, and to again have kits to offer.

Dropping everything includes things like our website build, certifications, and other infra-structure we need in place.

Today we should see the progress on our carts by our latest builder. We still have three automated Mk V's and one manual one to deliver, plus one additional cart sold along with a kit to a DIY builder. I also used this metal fabricator extensively in aerospace, with consistent gorgeous results, so anticipate nothing less.

What products are you going to offer and when do you expect to ship? I was just getting ready to pull the trigger on a BHOGart, but found out you're in Portland so I'd prefer to go through you.

i did the exact same thing, had the money deposited for a 5lb bhogart and then realized wtf is really good. my MK5 is in my garage now, and i could build two bhogarts or MK4s with the parts if i wanted too.
