Can't find much information on this cross but here's one of the two Orient Express x Pakistan Chitral Kush from Ace vegging away. Strong main stem development for such a tiny plant. Will be interesting to see how she progresses.

I'm glad to see this one Terpene :)

It's the selected Orient Express indica pheno (chinese hash plant expression) we have been using for breeding for the past year and half, pollinated by the best Purple PCK mum (reversed) from 2004. Your plant look more on the chinese side of the hybrid, we are also on the process of testing the hybrid.

As we commnted in the chinese x pck thread, i already tried a similar combination between PCK and Chinese Yunnan years ago with great success. Orient Express chinese pheno crossed to PCK should produce a similar outcome, the addition of vietnamese genetics to the mix will be interesting too.

Hey Dubi - yeah you can really see the OE influence, there's a huge difference in vigor between the OExPCK and PCK. So far (its only 15cm tall) very strong indica pattern growth with very little branching. When the stems are rubbed, I'm getting a "purple indica" smell but with a creamy back.

Here's PCK x OE in veg. Shes really taking off, I topped her after this picture was taken, a hell of a dense / strong little plant! Strong main stem development with tight node spacing. Very dense, tends to shade out its lowers. This cross screams production.

Couple more shots of the PCK x OE in veg. It has responded very well to being topped. Since then I've been routinely abusing the branches and stripped the lowers which hasn't seemed to phase it. It's a very resilient plant!

Orient Express (chinese indica pheno) x Pakistan Chitral feminized

Orient Express (chinese indica pheno) x Pakistan Chitral feminized

As promised Terpene ;) Here are some finished pics of the Orient Express x Pakistan Chitral Kush feminized hybrid.

It's the selected Orient Express China Yunnan hash plant pheno (the OE indica parental plant we used lately), pollinated by Pakistan Chitral Kush 'antigua' (old mum from 2004) reversed.

There are 2 main phenos, equally frequent: the white pheno is the chinese hash plant dominant expression with sweet creamy aromas and lots of resins. The colorful is the pakistani chitral pheno that smells more like blueberry, blackberry and mainly strawberries. Both phenos have similar flowering times: around 8 weeks.

We are very happy so far with the hybrid and will be released soon

Here are some pics of the white chinese pheno.

and lastly the more colorful purple pakistani pheno.

We have also produced a similar standard hybrid, using the same PCK old 2004 mum but pollinated with a very high yielding and more sativa/indica Orient Express male.

The standard one is a bit taller than the fem version and matures in 9 weeks or so ... it shows more vietnamese sativa character.

Thanks Cannabliss420 :)

I like a lot PCK x Orient Express hybrid, it has the best traits from both sides: the clean pleasant non paranoid - non anxious Orient Express type of high, with its improved yield, combined with the forest fruit aromas and colors from PCK.

It will be released soon in standard and feminized format. Hard to find a non desirable plant from this hybrid.

Thanks Cannabliss420 and scai :)

We produced just a small stock of the hybrid, mainly for testing. We are on the process to produce more stock with the same parental plants so hopefully will be released in the second half of 2014 in standard and feminized format.

9.5 weeks to chop on my Ace Orient Express x Pakistan Chitral. Some light purple color which the camera didn't really pick up because of the trich coverage. This line is a great solution to PCK's lower yields. Same smell and overall appearance as PCK but with heroic output and hints of Orient Express creamy / woody smell. Under 6 23w CFLs, it put out flowers slightly smaller than soda cans. Huge feeder too, had to triple the nutrient levels I was using in flower to keep up with her continuously pale leaves.

After running through some of the Orient Express x Pakistan Chitral Kush over the last few weeks, I can say that I am very happy with this line.

The cross is very much what you'd expect: A production ready hybrid that is more than happy to pump out the volume while still holding on to that berryish PCK smell.

Orient Express is a social, chatty, relaxed high for a sativa, the PCK adds a mellow warmth. This makes it perfect for a mellow evening / end of day smoke - but still enjoyable anytime.

Orient express smells interesting with its creamy woody notes, but the PCK's overwhelming "blueish" warmth, (by blueish I mean strawberry / blueberry / blackberry smells) make for a real treat of an aroma when its ground up or the jar is opened. It smells more like berry preserves than pot, that's for sure.

Dubi, thanks again for putting the beans out there. I will be running this one again in the future!
