hey are you using a reflector with that cool tube?

if not.. do u have plants that are growing up above that light?

and if not.. i have used cool tubes with good yields.. but i made a homemade reflector. out of reflectix and my yield went up ! a decent amount..

i run my cool tube.. in the summer so i dont have to use so much AC.. id rather sacrifice a lil yield.. to not pay huge electric bills.
