2nd that...

Interested in what's going on with Y1 now a days. Hope all is well.

I had a buddy go through a similar scenario. Left the security of his own basement because he was gaining custody of his daughter only to team up with some "partners" in a joint warehouse operation which inevitably ended in a bust.

Had barely anything on my buddy except for photographs of him entering and leaving this warehouse ("near" a daycare with an "estimated" over a 1000 plants). I believe they barely got the thing off the ground. Personal homes were raided as well where my friend had a mere couple ounces and some "rubber bands".

Non-med state, but normally pretty lenient with normal grow busts. Feds took this for the publicity. My buddy paid somewhere in the neighborhood of 25k as well, but unfortunately he and his co-defendants were tried together and I'm certain someone was talking. He was advised to take the plea or risk a much harsher sentence. Everyone got the same, but the lawyer said he'd be damned if one of them didn't get out after a year (the talker).

Serving something like 3-4 years in an unfenced Fed camp. Sucks..

Hope Em is doing well. Stay safe all.

IMO, never get in a grow partnership with anyone, period. Not your dad, not your best friend, etc. We all know there's those exceptions, but you won't know you're an exception without taking a chance first. And if you still do, make sure every last detail is agreed in writing beforehand. Cuz memory can sometimes have a tendency to fade real fast when things take a turn for the worse.

Easy way to destroy friendships, family, and/or other relationships. One way or the other, it seems.

Again just my jaded little opinion. Now back to the original discussion...

Just working. Trying to get back on his feet. Can't leave the state for another couple months.

Systems fucked up. Baby rapers did less time

Never ever do partners. If you need money just treat them like an investor. Do your thing and pay them back
