slowly stripping away more and more fans... had to bust out the garden wire also, she was flopping a bit and in other places i just wanted
to reposition buds so i could pack more buds close to the light... the smell is getting stronger now... fresh fruit/flowers and chem!

If it were me I'd chop her and start the next round.
The new foxtail growth you're seeing usually appears when the buds are ripe and the lights are really close to the plant. (CFLs actually put out a LOT of lumens when measured a couple inches from the bulb). Throw in some sativa genes and you'll see what you are seeing now. Those foxtails won't really ripen, they don't add much to the yield and they kinda make the buds look a little ragged.
