first off why you fogging plants that late in flower? those plants look unhealthy aside from being droopy. is it possible whatever the problem was that lead you to fog developing buds is the reason they drooped and maybe the fog was just coincidental timing? dang due looks like a trdgedy though. sorry your plants took a shit.

Not sure what you put into the fog solution but looks like whatever you did wasn't good. At least you know now what not to do.

Sounds like your room was too small for the fogger or you had the can too close to the plants and they got the direct mist from the can. I place the can like 6 feet away from any plants when I used to use it. The can is designed for the mist to fall on them from above. Hopefully you also turned all your lights off for a while when you did it. I like to keep the lights off for at least 6 hours after fogging.

There's not much that you can really do now. You'll just have to see if they will recover or not.

Those look pretty far gone, I would personally toss em and and try to learn from it, but that is easier said than done. I stick to sprays as opposed to foggers for fear of something like this happening

oh i see. dr doom is less gnarly than what it hought of first. most people think those pyrethrum boms are just pyrethrum but they contain p.b a potentiater thats not the best thing tto soak flowers in sorry if i came off harsh. glad to hear you got more . ive had bombs make my plants look like shit when i was first at it and didnt have my pest regime down. bum deal its pretty hard on plants at the concentrations it releases in small spaces. i would suggest using a pupmp spray with the same ingredients. my pump spray is usually loaded with a mix of medium strength mixed together liquid pyrethrum, azadactrin(neem concentrated extract) , and spinosad. i spray this thouroughly in veg 4 times 3 days apart with the last spray landing on the calender 3 days into flower. this way they dont bring bugs in and any bugs that may survive the clean up from the last round get hit once they migrat to your plants. even fifth spray on day 6 or 7 of flower or after 3 days from the transition spray. this kept me bug free from the normal easy usual suspects thrip spier mites and what not. wont do a thing for root aphids or bms but it keeps those others in check. i have no experience with white flys though. good luck bro.:tiphat:
