Hello

Update....
I rise up EC to .8 for 4 days and I really dont know what is better.
With low EC bloom breathing water. :ying:
With .8 1/2 water evaporated.
Vitality is the same or worse, I would not say it better.
EC .8 for 3 days stable. I think maybe for week no eating...
:watchplant:

Water level downing
->
EC climbing.
pH was more stable for this 4 days with .8
but at the ending this test pH downing to 5.5
pH 4.8-6.4 but its only bad days... Im in often 5.5-6.0
most most often

This means that I need
ppm meter?
Becouse EC have large measuring range for my plants......
I really dont know If I can go race with such a low of EC.
Maybe its bad genetic .....?
Roots not rooting anymore.
But i really dont know why...... looks healthy but not large root mass:(

Sorry for my eng but I want all well explained with simple english.

Is it just me, or is there a euro-trend toward decreasing nutes? Seems I've seen a trend recently from our friends in Europe. It would be unusual if those posts were concentrated in the "infirmary" thread, wouldn't it?

nitrogen disappears.

EC .8 can result in nuteburn such a solution?

Im still at 0.5 EC with both symptoms nuteburn or deficiency...
Please help.
Probably with low EC symptoms stagnant or have slower arrival of.

I'm really sorry for myself if it's just a result of low EC.
but I want to learn how to fertilize.
It's my first DWC.

pH downing 24 hours 5.8-5.2
I found this... Is this even possible with so little EC?

I have grown prefectly healthy plants with no deficiencies with out ever going over 200ppm and never using calmg additive. Your ph dropping is a sure sign of too much nutes, root problems are a sure sign of too much nutes, curling, spotting, or brown leaf tips are a sure sign of too much nutes. Instead of everyone trying to grow with as much nutes as possible please try growing with as little nutes as possible and you will see the true genetic potential of your strains. I guarentee you will produce a better quality and more flavorful crop.

I'll keep my mind open in case there is proof of this, but I don't believe it. It might be possible to grow healthy stunted plants very slowly this way, but why would you want to do that?

Here is one post with nutritient burn other thinks it's def...
And i really don't know what way is better....
rise 1.4 EC and watch whats happen???

Update for those who read this thread.

I use too low EC at veg ... EC 0.8 seems OK but!

I found that I have very soft water with 0 buffer capacity that means I have 0 carbonate hardness.

Too low EC at veg, fast swings pH down. 0 carbonate hardness = very hard round and destroying my motivation with DWC for years...
