Apparently I included too much information in the last post so now ill just post the actual verbage from the emails.

you wont see the picture of the cashiers check I emailed but it was there. there are no names or emails cuz apparently business emails are too personal. but it was someone that works there i swear.

and you wont see the actual emails but i tried to show it so youll have to just take me at my word.


This thread is purely my opinion and experience with the company, I did not intend to do this but I am so incensed by the behavior of this company I have to share.

First the positives.
The parts of the unit that I have actually received at this time are very well made and professionally packaged. I am excited to someday use this equipment.

So far this has been the most infuriating experience I have had with a business.

I am not going to tirade or anything. I am posting the email correspondence if your interested in buying their unit it you can make your own decisions if it is worth it.


these emails started after i finally got ahold of a person (no personal names) at BHOgart and got my order in.


Emails are in the reverse order cuz that is the only way i could copy it all at once.

i am gmail. "they" are bhogart@gmail.com....



this is the last correspondence i sent them. i still have not been told where my package is. i started an investigation with ups and then they contacted BHOgart.

Then UPS, not BHOgart, U P S called me back and gave me a status update on my order saying that it in fact had never been shipped and would be picked up on saturday now.

as you can see i was quite frustrated.

this will be the last correspondence with them i have unless they send me some sabatoged shit or crap products in which case ill probably just blow myself up rather than deal with them again....


ok so i did go on a tirade. read and decide for yourselves.

or close the thread. i dont care. im going to medicate.

I went through worst then you from BHOGART, but I also understand some human errors and they are a small company BLOWING UP right now...

Other CLS companies are going through the same thing, but with 6-8 week leadtime and double if not triple the price...

pmstains- I wouldn't want your business if I were bhogart. You freaked out at every small inconvenience, and maybe if you weren't such a prick about it you would have gotten better customer service. Learn some people skills bro.

We are all definitely overwhelmed, and for us, dealing with the learning curve in regards to running a legitimate business for the first time.

If I am understanding the gist of the conversation, one box didn't get sent at the same time or at all? Doesn't seem worth the effort to bash online... especially if they fixed the problem.

I suppose we could hold them to a higher standard given that they have been around much longer and should have worked the kinks out?

Anyway, I'm sure they will get it fixed for you

Also if you read the emails and believe that they gave good customer service I wish you the best of luck. As of yet I still haven't been told what happened to the rest of the system.

Again I posted this for people to make their own decisions. If I had seen this I wouldn't have ordered.

Communication and punctuality are the main tennant of my business philosophy. Apparently it's not so for some of you and that's cool.

@pmstrains Well, you certainly have every right to share your experience be it good or bad. Hopefully it all works out in the end. You are absolutely right about communication and punctuality, but I've found that this issue isn't exclusive to our industry. As I've tried sourcing parts or quotes, my experience in general has been less than stellar.

I personally have never actually seen a bhogart system. A friend was given one to use to run material that person had and he didn't seem especially impressed with it. I don't know if it was on older model or if he simply was saying that because it wasn't one of ours. I should probably swing by their shop next time I am in the bay area.

@sirdabsalot Thank you for the kind words. We are trying really hard to be a more professional company versus one based out of a garage. We actually hired a guy to do our shipping and other stuff in order to ease my burden a bit

let me start by saying i have no dog in this race.

for the emails, you could have edited out the email addresses and your real name and left the rest of the story, although i don't see the big issue. seems to me you were jumping off the handle prematurely. as for the 2 box shipment, well some times the postal service is lazy and will bring box 1 on day one and box 2 on day 2. happens with big bulky and heavy shipments. interestingly you don't finish the correspondence to the part where you finally get the second box and have nothing left to really complain about except some emails were not answered fast enough for your taste. for the rest what was really so bad? i mean, life isnt always smooth and things some times have to be improvised a bit. as long as you get what you paid for in a reasonable amount of time, what is the big issue? isn't it far more important if the unit is in good condition and how good the quality is etc? what was the biggest problem from your point of view?

I fail to see how their customer service was so poor that it warranted you posting this on line ? They were busy making units , you were 4th in line and one of 2 boxes didn't make it to you ? Not surprising as they used UPS ( U nbelievably P oor S ervice) If I had to believe one or the other I'd believe BHOGart way before I'd believe UPS. I work for a Multi National Giant and we wouldn't touch UPS with a ten foot pole. Having said that ... shipping is never 100% , mistakes do happen every day , it doesn't mean that they are incompetent... I suppose you've never , in your entire life , ever made a mistake. Nor should it be a reflection of the quality of their products. Annoying, yes, but where do get off insinuating that because a mistake was made in shipping that what they'll send you will be defective /sabotaged or potentially life threatening. Grow up !
You used profanity in your correspondence and you're complaining about their lack of professionalism ?

Oh and for the record, I have a tamisum.. and have never had any dealings with BHOgart...

Yeah, I also had much worse dealings with bhogart than this, but was understanding and happy that they even were always there to answer my phone calls with answers, no other company has been this consistently helpful. They took a while to do it, but ultimately I got my machine in whole along with a few extras for the long wait it took to get my column too me. Over all A+ customer service, and ups get an F
 
have to agree with most everyone else, i think you overreacted. delays and mix ups happen. you can count the transaction in weeks, which to me isn't terrible, since you got what you ordered right?

I've been treated incredibly well by the guys at bhogart .. they did just move facility's .. that creates confusion. .I just gave em a couple weeks to get it together and they've been ther 197% .. texting back immediately to answer ?s.
