Well bought this light about a year ago.
finally went to fire it off and the hps bulb worked but not the MH. so I went and bought another MH bulb and still didn't work. both 400w. after messing with the buttons I did eventually get it to fire off. turn it off for an hour and then went to try to turn it on again and cant get it to fire. so im pretty sure its the hood and not the bulbs.
So does anyone have any experience with the particular hood? has anyone ever dealt with sunsystems customer service?
