A person needs a permit to import seeds of any kind, and you don't have one. Customs/ USDA confiscates all kinds of seeds for that reason alone.

In general, it seems to be the same for cannabis seeds as for petunia seeds, at least at the level of home grower quantities. Further action by the govt is about as unlikely as a tsunami in Kansas.

If the truth were otherwise, we'd know.

I've gotten 2 of those delightful letters.

I'm thinking that, now that they have my name, it's senseless to send them more seeds only to be destroyed.

Will have to get a different address, and not use my name as the addressee.

I doubt they take it to that level. If they did, then re-shipping from guaranteed delivery vendors would never make it through.

Shipping to a name & address other than one's own isn't a bad idea in any case. I stumbled across that opportunity & use it myself, but I'm not convinced it really matters at this point. Mostly, it just makes me feel more secure. It'd probably feel even better if I lived somewhere other than Colorado.
