So it seems like all cookie crosses have some % of hermaphrodites.

Some more than others, but all of my test runs with cookie crosses so far have had a low percentage of herms.

I wonder if the o.g. in there has anything to do with it..

I've heard talk of some breeders making mostly "no.g"(no o.g.) strains because of lurking hermaphrodite tendency.

No brand, I brewed my own.

I sprayed one week before flipping to flower, one time every day for 2 weeks, that's all I did to get them to throw enough pollen for my own/friends needs.

gsc forum X fruity berry purple kush, This plant has took the utmost abuse, went through like 4 freezes and being snowed on, light leaks, and mud being dropped on it during early to mid flowering (first attempt at light dep, learning experience).

Man that is some dark purple in the mix there...looks more like the BKGK Bx1 father than it does the Ken Father, just by looking at the leaf shapes...

I told ya it was some REAL kush - anything pollinated to the FBPK line is going to express much more indica in the next filial generation...

That purple coloring is unreal - although, that looks to be a bit of a leafy mess of a pheno there...granted, you did say she went through some difficulties...

yeah I don't think I will keep this one. I got 2 males I was thinking of doing something with, already pollinated the gg4Xfbpk with one of them, along with Durban dog, and fbpk x gorilla grapes.

Reminds me a lot of this particular pheno of the BKGK Bx1: (which I also tossed)

I wouldn't have expected something quite like that to come out of the FBPK line though, ESPECIALLY when paired to GSC - that just shows how much varience exists in the lines. The FBPK is still F1 and hasn't been refined any further yet though...and we all know GSC can bred all over the map...

But still...

I'd be a bit disappointed with that pheno given the other stellar plants we have seen in this thread...

She's close to finished, looking forward to when she's dry :woohoo:

One of the prettiest pictures I have ever seen. :tiphat:

It looks like some Grand-daddy Purple I got at the dispensary on Cleveland in Santa Rosa.

Except resiny-er.

It's interesting how the marijuana plant can combine colors and have them look beautiful.

If I was painting a painting as an amateur artist, I might not start out with purple and orange.

But, on a natural object like a bud / bud sculpture, they look so beautiful.

I think part of that might be psychological, it looks like it would be very good to smoke.

The dry, un-cured Candyland smokes great.

She has a limey smell when you brake up the bud.

This one was grown in Firefox Ocean Forest with minimal supplements, a little bone meal.
