First grow going well. Sex?

I was having some trouble with my grow to start with:

That's now past tense and I have a plant that is going into it's 9th week (picture is from week 8). To recap this is from bag seed. I had to let two other plants go as they weren't doing well and there seem to only be room for one plant in my tent.

I've cut off a couple of branches that I've put in 12/12 lighting. Does this look like a male? Some balls underneath too but not balls on stems. No white hairs though. I'm uncertain.

I'd like some ideas on what do proceed with as I plan on beginning flowering next week. I might try to do some scrogging but I need to make something to get the run off from the watering out of the tent. Up to now I've watered outside the tent. Picture taken tonight:

Ugh, oh well. Acquired some feminized white widow seeds so I'll start over.

You could always collect some pollen for breeding/making seeds down the road. Is the plant from a good line?
