New growth rolling up like a fruit roll up

I have this same issue at every startup. Tried coco and soil both give this roll up. It happens on all new growth shoots. Tried botanicare nutes and gh. Ph at 6.3 for soil 5.8 for coco. Temps 82 RH 70. Lights are 2 feet away

It's starts with only a few plants the. Spreads to nearly all within a couple of days.

Yes I saw that. Inspected plants, didn't see any and even sprayed them with floramite just in case. My friend thinks it was high humidity. Clones were in a vegging box and humidity was around 90rh. A couple started to roll up in there in about a week and a half. So I transplanted to large room where temp is 82 and around 65 RH. Leaf curl kept spreading to most of the plants in the box as well as in the room.
