The 2 days on 12/12, is probably not what caused them to grow fast. More likely the roots got big enough to do that.So I've been on 12/12 schedule for about two days now, and it sprouted like a weed!! Didn't compensate and had one of the tips of the to leaf burnt (whoops).
I swapped out my CFL bulbs to the 2700k ones, running four of them. Will this be enough??? Or should I get more. The room it's in is pretty big, just a crawl space, and I have Mylar backspalash behind the plant.
Will post pics here in a few of the roots, growth maybe can share done knowledge for a rookie?

The plants will tell you if you have enough light. If they keep reaching for the light (long spaces between nodes), not enough light. I grow with T5s, and haven't been able to identify a visible benefit from changing to 2700k. Consequently I leave my 5k plus tubes in for the whole run.
Reality is that more light means more bud, and the more compact the buds will be. Of course, if you make too much heat.....you'll just cook them, or spend more money to cool the room. lol
You can spend lots of money to make more, bigger, better, tighter buds. However it's not normally a total failure if you don't 'hit the mark'. IF you are trying to pay the bills from it then you should know that you have probably made a mistake (tongue in cheek), already. As a hobby spend time with the plants and learn from what they tell you. I bloom 3-4 plants at a time, and even though I 'share' with friends and family. My jars always seem to have plenty in them..... and the cookies are ready to be baked.
Your plants do NOT appear to be 'leggy' so I'd say they will survive nicely with the amount of light you have on them. Although , I'd probably add a couple more, just in case.
As far as nutrient goes 'less is more', sort of. But I like to work up to label dosage rather than have to change, flush, and hope I didn't kill them. Be aware, not all plants are big feeders. Keep in mind, we call this weed for a reason. It'll try to survive, you have to try hard to kill'em. But you certainly can 'love them to death'.
coco is like the happy medium between hydro and soil... although I think once you learn your method, that is easiest, whichever that is, coz you already learned it.
You're growing in about 8 SF, and you are reflecting the stray light back onto the 8 SF, footprint. Right?I also decided to bump my lighting up, I added x2 42w cfl 2700k. So in total I'm running x4 26w, and x2 42w, 1 plant. Should be enough right??

And the lights are within 2-3"s. Right?
Ough'ta work.
