The next round in the CFL scrog cab is going to be a quick round. I have two Lime Kush x Strawberry Diesel that I am throwing in. This will be the last run with this strain. It's kinda unstable and can throw a lot of nanners if stressed.

You can see some pics in the 2nd post of the thread you're reading now.

I got the idea from the Panasonic whisper fan carbon scrubber tutorial thread. You can see a nice breakdown in the 2nd post of that thread. IIRC the only difference between that one and mine is that I added a top layer of filter cloth and hardware cloth so it's truly more of a sandwich (no carbon can fall out).

Hardware cloth, angle brackets and the filter sheets were bought at Home Depot.

The carbon, I picked up a 5gal bucket years ago on ebay. iirc it's activated carbon a couple millimeters in length (granular), made from coconuts.

Was curious if you had a specific picture of how you have that whole filtered sandwiched together layer by layer.....If no pics, can you explain the layers of the sandwich....

Yes they were buried at an angle.

From top to bottom

Hardware cloth
Furnace filter cloth
Activated carbon
Furnace filter cloth
Hardware cloth

Frame is made of 2x4s and you use angle brackets to hold the hardware cloth in place.

I'd re-check out the links again to that thread and my earlier pics.

The only real difference between the Panasonic version and mine is that I have furnace filter and hardware cloth on the top and bottom and that thread only uses it on the bottom.

No, it's just the plants eating themselves. Those two plants were in 3" containers for 2 months and only given water.

Do you ever have problems with two plants in the same pot ? Everything I ever read on the forums was that it was taboo to do that.

Thanks.

The LKxSD has a sweet berry smell with a hint of diesel. It's not bad smoke, but the nanner issue is too unpredictable and I have other strains I want to try growing.

Never ran into a problem with multiple plants in the same container.
