From another website:

Seen on FB:

FB member: It was adjourned until a decision on whether or no to stay the proceedings until Allard et all. is heard

FB member:No indication on when we'll know for sure

John's response:

Jct: Won't take long, it sounds like there will be a record number of new filings today, when I went to see a clerk, I noticed she was processing one of our S.48 Actions!! 199. Should have asked if she'd done any earlier so I could tell the judge it broke 200. Last count, the court was told was 198. The longer he gives people to jump on, it wasn't dismissed at all, in fact the Crown's stay was gutted by my Chess move, the more are jumping on. That's the remaining available way to pressure plus online charge to the anti-fraud centre. Fun day. Bad guys got punished, I won two of my motions already out of five, may go for summary judgment, and really laid a beating on the Crown's dirty tactics.

Heres what john had to say today
Jct: Once the stay issue was closed, the judge had asked if there were any more housekeeping motions that needed Directions and Orders to be dealt with, like my motions that I had properly filed and won a few. They were housekeeping motions to be discussed, not why you need your exemption. He knows, He asked the Crown why Stevie and the Left-Outs should have to wait for Allard when they weren't in? Didn't you feel like jumping up and planting a kiss on his forehead like I did? Nice to have the Crown say nothing useful in response. The judge had to shut down the stuff that comes in Part II because he and I were discussing things I needed done at that point. But he did let people vent their despair before gently, once sternly, cutting them off until the right time. It was a flawless performance on his part, he let me put all my ducks in a row and expressed his complete understanding of the predicaments of the 4 other classes not helped by Allard. Remember that? Okay, so we have 4 other classes not helped. That will allow him to focus the next hearing on interim injunctions for maximum hearing and minimum speech. So keep in mind those who feel he shut people out that it wasn't their time and he allowed just enough people to speak to prove the point before calling it a day. So no more dissing the judge because many don't really understand what happened. I'm writing a full report of what was won and what the Crown lost, because we lost nothing, nada, zero. All losses on the other side, right? So who's depressed, not me.

thx

John needs to get rid of that "Turquoise Blue" back ground, pick any other color, man!...Holy Shit...lol. If the back ground was more subtle, more people, including myself could stay more that 5 min., possibly find what they are looking for.

The guy has the motivation and the passion needed to put 100% plus, into what ever he's after, seems to know what he's talking about as well and there's no doubt he's enjoying himself. It must be my age holding me back from jumping on board with the other 199 of his applicants, if I was still in my 20's I wouldn't even blink to join him. He gets my full moral support...But my older more "Chicken Shit" thought process and brain stops me there and says "No farther".

Sometimes I really disappoint myself these days...Never thought I'd ever be a cautious man.

Peace B

Heres a link to the statement of claims if your interested . http://johnturmel.com/mmprinst.htm

thanks dood I appreciate that.

The word on the street is turmel is crazy and tries to use force to get his point across , theres a story that he was at a medical marijuana conference in Toronto in 2001 , he was a hard core activist that tried to get his point across and when people at the conference didn't listen or agree with his modes of action he took pictures of all of them and threatened to expose them, some people at the conference didn't like that, grabbed his camera and smashed it on the ground so the story goes, he tried to sue them and lost and also lost all creditability with those people some who are pioneers in the game today.

Jct: Actually, Justice Phelan hasn't ruled yet but today's
order says it's game over for the Crown's stay motion.

DIRECTION

"Counsel for Canada is directed to advise the Court how it
was able to identify those Plaintiffs who fell within the
category of the Allard Plaintiffs and to advise whether it
is able to do so for subsequent matters likely to be filed."

JCT: It doesn't sound like "Crown Motion for Stay
dismissed," does it? But that's what it means!!!

Crown wants us all stayed until the far superior motion by
the far more experienced "fearless" QC lawyer with 40 years
experience gets heard first. If the Crown wins, there's no
reason to organize for hearing motions for exemptions any
more, right?

So when the judge today ordered the Crown to delineate the
Plaintiffs into their separate groups, do you think he's
making them do that in case he rejects their stay or because he's
going to reject their stay? Would he waste resources making
them do the work they'll have to do if the stay is rejected
in preparation for Part II if it won't be needed? or is he
just making sure they're ready to proceed with Part II when
we get back? Bingo.

I've been laying 10:1 on my Checkmate of their cinch, no
takers yet. So now, I bet he wouldn't order them to
prepare for handing out exemptions unless he was about to
be handing out the exemptions would he? Would he make them
waste all those resources then say, okay, now that we're all
ready for the Plaintiffs issues, we'll just skip it all?

Doesn't today's Direction to the Crown to delineate the
Plaintiffs into the Allard beneficiaries and non-Allard
beneficiaries indicate he's going to be dealing with them
differently, right?

If he's going to be dealing differently, then he's going to
be dealing with them, won't he? Which means he has to nix
the Crown stay to deal with them at all, right?

So when he ordered the Crown to get ready for the Part II
remedy, I think it's a pretty good indication that the Part
I stay is going to be refused. Anyone want to bet $1 against
my $20 just so I can post my cinch on my wall?

So it looks like Justice Phelan is going to a Santa Claus with
life-saving exemptions in the MedPot Big Event Part II.

http://johnturmel.com/mmprinst to get in while we can.

Dude may be extreme and not fit the definition of normal, but I cant deny this is not interesting and very intriguing.

edit added this quote from another site about another persons court experience:

Today I Federal Court where they tried to lump me in with the Turmel Kit Cru I think the judge and crown both know I fidnt file a turmel kit..I filed a judicial review! ;) the only one in 198..Wow..Now all you folks that filed turmel kits will probably have to file in the apropriate venue. I will move on and the rest of you that filed turmel kits will tie courts up for the next ten years..or get tossed right out.

1 Not in accordance with federal court rules.

2. Wrong Jurisdiction.

3.No supporting claims or documentations.

4.No Merit.

5.You cant collect damages after a law is declaired unconstitutional.

6. Your all suing the wrong person.

Like the blind leading the blind..stay out of my way if you cant shoot or pass the puck!! Your wasting your time..the courts time..my time...if we want to be takin seriously we must act accordingly and as professional as possible in court. Not bring a flipping chess board to piss off the judge.

Great if the crown missed a deadline...its still gerting tossed out.

I have a plan and yall turnel kit ppl are flipping distracting!!

FINALLY!! Someone has filled in the blanks with the Turmell stuff. Thank you very much as that seems to be exactly what I have previously figured was happening with his claims and slanderous methods. Just maybe he should leave the lawyering to those that actually have training and same for the Engineering, no training no qualifications, period. Thank you for this candid look at things. Peace Always :)

Yeah, courts should only be excepting cases where claimants are ok with being put into years of debt just to afford some dirt bag over priced muppet of a lawyer. lol
What's even worse is if he actually has cannabis stricken from the criminal code than all he does is show how everything else in the last 15 yrs since parkers case, including all other current cases, has been absolutely useless bullshit. lol

cheers,....................................................gps

He posted a response:

Jct: This must be Derek Francisco touting his performance at the Big Event. Sadly his girlfriend had to help him finish his presentation and submit he had nothing more to say. Not only was he wrong about all 6 points, we have moved along and Derek's now at the back of the bus with his judicial review of their decision to refused him a Ministerial exemption telling him to get an MMPR. No one gets a S.56 with the exemption available unless it's to get them out of trouble. Oh right, I won a S.56 for Laurence Cherniak earlier this year, probably the first in years, but keep shooting at that impossible star Derek.
